Tvs Motor Company — maintenance labour charges under 4th service

I have a tvs apache rtr160 4v bike and my 4th service was due so i had gone for my bike servicing in hare krishna tvs service center. Tvs provides 1st 5 labour free services. There i meet with an advisor named rahul who creats a report of problems and servicing cost of the bike. Firstly he cheated me by saying my bike has such problems like carbon depositing and shock absorber sound and he also charged me around 600₹ as a labour charge for each ans every service. After the service was done then i asked the mechanic who was servicing my bike about the issues and work which he has done on my bike, he informed me that everything is working fine and he has not worked on each and every laboured service which the advisor has return on the report card. Then to they have quoted me those services and this time the mechanic had also changed his statement about the work done. The total servicing costed me around 3700₹ for a 160cc bike. Out of that service the labour charge was of 2500₹.
They also dropped my bike while washing. Pathetic service and cheating from hare krishna tvs. My 1st 3 service was good with this center but this time they have looted me. And all the labour charges has different name and all of them has incurred 18% gst on it.
