We purchased TVS JUPITER 110 on 30/08/2023 from SHELAR TVS Swargate, Pune, Maharashtra.

Since then, we have always been facing issues with the vehicle.
1. Inappropriate fitting of the accessories.
2. Malfunction indication on 9-9-2023.
3. Malfunction indication[protected].
4. Malfunction indication[protected].
5. Malfunction indication on[protected].
6. Malfunction indication on[protected]
We took the vehicle to the Swargate branch on the issue 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and we were
told that the issues were fixed. On issue no 5, they changed the auto sensor of the vehicle.
This malfunction indicator has illuminated again today.
We have already visited the Swargate branch multiple times for the issues.
According to the service team of TVS service center Balaji nagar, pune. The issue was resolved on[protected].
TVS area manager Mr. Swapnil Lonkhande does not answer any call or bother to respond.
TVS Shelar pune GM service, Mr. Raju Yadav says I can go to consumer court.

It looks like we have been cheated by the TVS and
they have delivered a faulty vehicle to us as the malfunction indicator is
illuminating again and again, service team is failing to resolve the issue.
Can I please request for an urgent action and replacement of the vehicle or
refund?

Even after the side approval of insurance, TVS Chaudhary Motors has not yet made parts available, daily give a new excuse, we faced a lot of problems, TVS services are the third class, which we experienced in so many days when we got a new date again after complaining to customer care, got it on October 26.
