I - Shrihari Joshi (Mob - [protected]) purchased TVS Jupiter from Sky TVS, Aurangabad (Maharashtra) on 9th June, 2022. Vehicle registration number is MH 29 BX 0157.
Then 2 services took place. But now my TVS Jupiter is not starting by auto start button. I have to kick it. From the last 1 month, more and more kicks have to be applied for starting. There is one more problem - the fuel indicator is not working properly. Though there is petrol, it is showing no petrol though there is no petrol. Thus I am having auto start problem. I am having fuel indicator problem. This new TV is giving a lot of trouble to me. I am very much disappointed with the quality of your vehicle and your service. Please find a solution ASAP.

    Dear Team,
    I would like to acknowledge my experience by visiting your dealer - Prince Motors- Kozhikode, Kerala.During my visit in December 2022 for my periodical maintenance, I have reported a paint defect concern beneath FR RH Mirror side and the concern BP part has been replaced under Warranty.As the part being replaced, I haven't gone thorough check up on the vehicle due to your credibility, but later I have come across some defects on the replaced part and contacted the dealer on the same day itself.As communicated with the officials I have taken the vehicle to the dealer for check up and they have confirmed the part defect and apologized for what happened during the service.As discussed with the concern team, they have ordered the concern part on the same day and as it was being under Back Order it might face a delay for the repair work.

    After 3 months, during the past week I have reported for the next periodical maintenance and I have enquired about the paint defect part replacement to the concern Service Advisor. Being a new employee at the organisation he was not aware about my concern during the last visit and he have added that it gets reverted within evening.But during the delivery I was not provided any information regarding the same.

    On 30/03/2023, I have received a message from TVS that a Job Card is being opened today.I would like to confirm that my vehicle was not physically available at the dealer during the mentioned day and it was created without my knowledge.I am facing the same fraudulent Activity for the second time, Initially it was happened during the last periodical maintenance feed back tenure, but I thought it might be a technical issue. But today I realised that it is not a technical or network error. As the communication number being provided, I have contacted the Service Advisor and enquired regarding the same and he replied that the Job Card is being created for ordering the parts for my paint concern.By such fraudulent activities, I would like to convey my dissatisfaction towards the dealer and not the Service Advisor.Service Advisor might has done the same as per the instructions from his top officials and he won't be having any personal gain on it.

    So I would like to inform the activity which is being taken placed and I would like to know my vehicle complete Service details till date and I would appreciate if you could take necessary actions regarding such activities.

      Dear sir,

      My name is Gangadhara Reddy, My bike given for service in Bangalore Ramamurthy Nagar -03/03/23, surya pratap tvs center After serviced they hand- overed my bike, brake noise came with in 30minutes. and I complained tvs service manager, They told come to show room i will rectifie it, and i went to show room they taken my bike they changed my bike disc pads, but after they changed disc pads same issue only came, and again called tvs service manger again, they told come to show room i will rectifie that, again & again same issue only happening, i visited total 7 times, that seven times they changed only disc pads &disc plates but same issue only came, I complained tvs customer support, and i raised complaint my issue, and again called tvs service manager come to show i will rectifie it but they are not taking by bike service centre now, and again complaint tvs customer support they are not helping for me properly, this is the worst service tvs bike. with out proper service men & technicians how they given licensed for service 2004v bikes, now today[protected] and 26 DAYS completed still not resolved my bike problem, and my bike also selling because of worst services, In futer also i cannot suggest tvs bikes confirmly .

        I have purchased TVS I qube one year before and the there is an app provided in the TVS I qube which is one year valid. After which it has to be renewed. Accordingly I have renewed the app before the renewal date as per the instructions shown in the APP provided by TVS Motor Company on 7.02.2023 but the money got deducted but my app is not renewed till date. SO i contacted the customer care number given in the app [protected] and escalated...

          My name is Sanju Chakma and I purchased a TVS RTR 160 4V BS VI- Red color on April 1st 2022. After driving the bike for about 8 months, I skidded off my bike and in the process my bike got damaged. The plastic part of the fuel tank cracked, one of the mirrors broke, one of the front indicators broke, accelerator wire got disconnected. I immediately took the bike for repair on January 7th(they did not give me a slip) and the Amit TVS service center at UCHAMATI, OPP UBI BANK, Doom Dooma, Assam 786151 told me that the parts were not available and it can take 1- 1.5 months for the parts to arrive and my bike repaired. Today is March 17th, almost 2.5 months and the parts still did not arrive and my bike is at the service center at the same condition I took it there. I called them multiple times only to find the parts still did not arrive. I went there and even talked to the manager at Amit TVS Motors and he promised to expedite the process but that did not help either. Today, I am helpless as Amit TVS motors is refusing to help and repair my bike within the time frame they promised. I just want my bike repaired as soon as possible as I am having tough time commuting to my work. I have attached all the paperwork of my bike. Please help!

            Sir I’m javed from Kuwait.this isn’t the it’s time I sended cargo via Tvs ..from last four years I m sending via Tvs ..I had received my stuffs before safely within time.this time I had an urgent parcel so I choose air cargo ..coz I need to receive within 20 days ..I sended on 1.03.2023 later on my receipt in India got a call from new Delhi..telling about the parcel delivery..couldn’t send to my giving address..the agent was telling him to take from Srinagar which is not possible..if Tvs tell Mee before filling form ..I could deny to send ..one week before I did call to head office in Kuwait the parcel still in new delhi..it must reach within 20 date

              Dear Sir/ Madam,

              My name is Vijayaraj and I am a resident of salem
              I am writing this letter in reference to the bike that I bought from your company on 10th June 2022 having bike registration number TN30CW1766, model Radeon black and manufacturing month 05/2022 bearing chassis number is MD625BK22N1E01860. Respected,
              I got the bike serviced on January 24 th 2022 from 2nd Gate, Junction Main Rd, Subramania Nagar, Salem, Tamil Nadu 636005 and I am writing this letter to bring into your kind consideration the issues I have faced. The 1.Engine noise when 1st service completed then engine noise create and still now not clear ( 10th time complient ) 2.Gear shifting issues ( 10th TIME COMPLIENT) 3. Engine oil leakage( 4TH TIME COMPLIENT) 4.Automatic stop in running time (4TH TIME complient) 5.Automatic Race in neutral time when I stop and Start the two wheeler ( The problem started after I completed the FIRST SERVICE still now continued above that problem ) which was not expected from the vehicle after serviced.

              ( I BOUGHT TWO WHEELER TVS RADEON IN YOUR GOOD BRAND COMPANY I have left complaint 10 times, but only a few times he is GIVEN GATE PASS, NOT PROVIDE COMPLAINT history also)

              Am facing lot of problems in this two wheeler last 8 MONTHS so I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY RETURN MY FULL CASH NO NEED FOR YOUR TVS BRAND VECHILE

              It is to request you to kindly look into the same. I shall be highly thankful.

                I was purchased TVS zest vehicle in Durga TVS sangareddy X rods, last year month month from starting onwords getting abnormal sound .Initially showroom team says it will go after first servicing.After first servicing also not rectified from there onwords every time they keeping 1-2 days and after 4 days again getting sound showroom persons every time will check but still problem not yet rectified.

                  Hello TVS motor, I m one of your customer who bought TVS Ntorq after lots of finding and comparing with other vehicles to get the best scooter as it advertise. I believed to get best performance but after only 1 month of purchasing my vehicle's engine Mobil emptied alone even after getting serviced on time. It was all good running smoothly with an limited speed as my fuel was low but suddenly it stopped in the middle of the road thinking fuel ran out. But after checking repeatedly fuel was sufficient enough to take me to the gas station. It was tested by mechanics in the time of servicing which was all okay but how my engine can be seized after only 1 month from the date of purchasing and only a week from servicing. I believe that the engine was actually an second class unexpected to get from the brand new. Therefore I need proper information or investigation of my vehicle or else legal proceedings may help to get.
                  However my beliefs of knowing TVS motor company as an poor perfoming vehicle from the past comes into true.

                      Dear sir,
                      My scooty no.TN 59 BQ 9724. When I give the scooty, horn only is not working. I paid rs.1514. Mechanic..mr.vinoth. After 2 days scooty has very loud noise and mirror is not fitting. Again I give it. But still they tell some reasons (lie). 3 days..I loss 500 rs for traveling. And loss 2 days leave. they save labour vinoth. Why sir. I don't know. I will need my scooty in good condition.
                      Please take action and do the needful.

                          My loan agreement number TS3021CD0363419 i was charged additional amount after paying emi before due date i used phone pe UPI ID to pay my loan amount before due date but still they have debited additional charges for check bounce how could they deduct even after paying emi amount three days before

                            TVS Dealer Kalamkar is over charging while buying the Jupiter 125(Disk).
                            Following price given by TVS website and Bikedekho,

                            Ex-Showroom PriceRs.90, 900RTORs.9, 999Insurance Rs.6, 480On-Road Price in Pune Rs.1, 07, 379* Now the dealer is quoting 1, 12, 768

                            Adding overheads of 1K+ in RTO then handling charges of 1350, Std fitment 2399 ...

                            Is TVS supports this looting ? whats the point of having ex-showroom price ?

                                This motorcycle has been a sales success in Colombia and throughout Latin America. However, people who have bought this vehicle ask us at all times for the front and rear carrier. This feature is VITAL to carry things like briefcases, helmets among others. Another request that our customers have not made is that the motorcycle is 125 cubic centimeters like its predecessor the TVS Rockz 125.

                                In addition also users of this motorcycle have requested many times that it has LED lighting and a tank with more capacity. We hope these requests can be fulfilled for a new version of the TVS NEO NX. We appreciate your attention and hope our feedback can be taken into account.

                                  Have purchased Ntorq in sep 2021, from beginning I'm facing starting issue in morning. Have showed it to service center so many times but my issue is not yet resolved. Mechanics are saying that in BS6 scooters we have to on off ignition 5-6 times before starting in morning for proper circulation of fuel, but this process is not working. Even after doing this process we have to kick it around 15-20 times. This issue makes a lot of troubles in my business. I never reach my workplace on time. Dear team kindly provide me a satisfactory or working solution or change this product on the behalf of manufacturing fault. Many times because of this my clients go out of hand.
                                  Kindly do the needful ASAP.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      After first servicing, scooty slows down while running speed for 2 seconds and then runs normally. Second service was done on 01 March 2023 but the defect could not be rectified. I went again today March 2nd 2023, to the workshop in kanuru, Vijayawada, AP. They took the scooty for observation.

                                      I consider this as a safety issue rather than a product defect.

                                      Example: while crossing any vehicle if it suddenly slows down chances to get into an accident are more.

                                      This scooty is popular and mostly used by mothers to drop/pick up their children from school.

                                      Please take this as the highest safety risk and do needful help for all vehicles of this type.

                                      You are requested to help and acknowledge me.
