I had ordered REAR mud guard (plastic) for my TVS WEGO scooter more than 2 months back at local dealer (TVS Ramkay, Adyar, Chennai).
But they are saying its not available.

One of the reasons for buying TVS vehicles is availability of spare parts.

    I am feeling very much disappointed to write you, I have purchased TV S n torq on 27 June 2022 from KK TVS najafgarh new Delhi 110043 after some time I faced some noise issue and some other issues like stopping etc. as we approached to workshop somehow other problems were sort out after two to three visits but for noise they told me that there is some problem in silencer and it is not in stock and will took some time so I visited many times personally to the workshop finally they arranged in about one month and then scooty was given to sort out the problem and fixing of new silencer but when we reached in workshop in evening to return back my scooty they told me that one of the part is not in stock and hence new silencer has not been fixed and asked us to wait some more days now after more than one week and many reminders they told us that now parts and silencer is available then we have given scooty on 13 April and today I got call from workshop that the issue of noise has not been resolved after fixing silencer and we have to again wait for next some days to sought out the problem and scooty will be given after that as they have scarcity of manpower/ mechanic.
    Now issues is that why your mechanic is not able to diagnose the actual cause in so many days and now why are such undue harassment and delaying are there. Company do not provide the training to mechanics??? we are facing lots of problems without scooty.

      I have brought my bike on[protected], at the first free service there is no complaint.
      But from 2nd srevice itself i have faced lot of problems in the vehicle.
      The 6th month from the purchase of vehicle i got replaced my engine head. even though the complaint still exist.
      Recently i have given my bike for general service under AMC, But the service is more worst as before. They have replaced chain spocket, clutch plate, and brake shoes. now the engine pickup is not much good as before the service.
      I need a immediate solution for this problem. Because i have lost time for this service itself.

      Requesting to look after this complaint and resolve the issue soon,

          I am sorry to say that i haver seen this kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour in my life...i have visited 2 times for my scooty service and accessories fitting but at 1st time there was some technical issue they asked to come next week then on 2nd time i went they told that they have heavy rush and they asked that they will pickup scooty from my residence(bopal only-iscon platinum) on monday ie 10th april...and i have asked on 10th April that plz pickup and do the needful then they told that they will not pick up and the guy who spokes me over the phone behaves very rudely and ask me to do whatever u want...he speakes very rudely and misbehave with me...
          i dont understand how can a company employee are so much irresponsible ...
          i want strict action against that employee who misbehave and spoken rudely with me...

            I am Md Sami and i had purchased TVS RTR 180 having registration no. JH24H0203 and continuosly get service by your service staff.
            During last 3 service including 1 paid service done by KHAITAN TVS hazaribagh jharkhand, but not satisfied by his Sevice rendered by them for Motorcycle.
            our bike problem is giving sound pollution by engine side and you service staf[censored]nable to do best for service.
            please solve our bike problem or replace my bike's engine.

              i purchased tvs raider 125 disc, from Maan pratap showroom jaipur (302021) vaishali nagar jaipur
              rajasthan, on 26 feb, 2023. i facing "self" problem from first day of purchased and 2nd day i went at showroom they told me, we will check out this problem at time of first service, yesterday was my first service, i went there and they changed my battery, i told them it's oxyzen sensor problem, my bike "self" are not working properly, bike starting in 3 - 4 time press "self" button, but they ignore my problem and changed battery. and told me now it's ok, but i going to faced again same problem.
              i did not axpact kind of that experience from tvs motors. this was my first bike of life. but i am very disappointed
              please i have request to you, look into this matter and solve my problem to contact maan pratap dealer and told them. please

                Apache RTR 160 4v / Headlight flickering and Automatically switched off

                I bought a rtr 160 4v special edition model in last year. First 6 to 8 month vehicle runs smooth and perfect after than first headlight flickering while driving then i will report the problem to the service center they are check and fix the wirings but problem in not solved. After than light is automatically switched of in while driving. Again report the problem to service center mechanic team they are changed the headlight related all parts...

                I have booked TVS Raider Smart connect one month back, and my first service was due this week and i gave to service on 04.06.2023.
                I got a call from Bharat Tvs, Periyar Colony, Tirupur on 05.06.2023 to get my delivery. Due to my work i could not get and i went back on 07.04.2023 morning 9.30am to get my bike but the showroom service peoples was telling my bike was not serviced.Also i didnt receive any recipet or any detail voucher regarding service details or any physical inspection of my service during my bike service initially.On 07.03.2023 at afternoon i got a call from Bharat TVS service regarding bill amount of my service.. This is a repated case in this showroom. Kindly take necessary action to this showroom.. Since im regular customer in TVS and they r spoiling the reputation of TVS Motors

                  Tvs iqube s motor is making clicking sound while driving. It is sometimes so much that other person driving can hear it. I have shown twice to my nearest showroom but they couldn't resolve it.
                  TVS Motor Company customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  Please update about the status of my complaint. Service centre took the video of motor and sent it for analysis but didn't reply back even after 2 months.

                    I - Shrihari Joshi (Mob - [protected]) purchased TVS Jupiter from Sky TVS, Aurangabad (Maharashtra) on 9th June, 2022. Vehicle registration number is MH 29 BX 0157.
                    Then 2 services took place. But now my TVS Jupiter is not starting by auto start button. I have to kick it. From the last 1 month, more and more kicks have to be applied for starting. There is one more problem - the fuel indicator is not working properly. Though there is petrol, it is showing no petrol though there is no petrol. Thus I am having auto start problem. I am having fuel indicator problem. This new TV is giving a lot of trouble to me. I am very much disappointed with the quality of your vehicle and your service. Please find a solution ASAP.

                      Dear Team,
                      I would like to acknowledge my experience by visiting your dealer - Prince Motors- Kozhikode, Kerala.During my visit in December 2022 for my periodical maintenance, I have reported a paint defect concern beneath FR RH Mirror side and the concern BP part has been replaced under Warranty.As the part being replaced, I haven't gone thorough check up on the vehicle due to your credibility, but later I have come across some defects on the replaced part and contacted the dealer on the same day itself.As communicated with the officials I have taken the vehicle to the dealer for check up and they have confirmed the part defect and apologized for what happened during the service.As discussed with the concern team, they have ordered the concern part on the same day and as it was being under Back Order it might face a delay for the repair work.

                      After 3 months, during the past week I have reported for the next periodical maintenance and I have enquired about the paint defect part replacement to the concern Service Advisor. Being a new employee at the organisation he was not aware about my concern during the last visit and he have added that it gets reverted within evening.But during the delivery I was not provided any information regarding the same.

                      On 30/03/2023, I have received a message from TVS that a Job Card is being opened today.I would like to confirm that my vehicle was not physically available at the dealer during the mentioned day and it was created without my knowledge.I am facing the same fraudulent Activity for the second time, Initially it was happened during the last periodical maintenance feed back tenure, but I thought it might be a technical issue. But today I realised that it is not a technical or network error. As the communication number being provided, I have contacted the Service Advisor and enquired regarding the same and he replied that the Job Card is being created for ordering the parts for my paint concern.By such fraudulent activities, I would like to convey my dissatisfaction towards the dealer and not the Service Advisor.Service Advisor might has done the same as per the instructions from his top officials and he won't be having any personal gain on it.

                      So I would like to inform the activity which is being taken placed and I would like to know my vehicle complete Service details till date and I would appreciate if you could take necessary actions regarding such activities.

                        My name is Gangadhara Reddy, My bike given for service in Bangalore Ramamurthy Nagar -03/03/23, surya pratap tvs center After serviced they hand- overed my bike, brake noise came with in 30minutes. and I complained tvs service manager, They told come to show room i will rectifie it, and i went to show room they taken my bike they changed my bike disc pads, but after they changed disc pads same issue only came, and again called tvs service manger again, they told come to show room i will rectifie that, again & again same issue only happening, i visited total 7 times, that seven times they changed only disc pads &disc plates but same issue only came, I complained tvs customer support, and i raised complaint my issue, and again called tvs service manager come to show i will rectifie it but they are not taking by bike service centre now, and again complaint tvs customer support they are not helping for me properly, this is the worst service tvs bike. with out proper service men & technicians how they given licensed for service 2004v bikes, now today[protected] and 26 DAYS completed still not resolved my bike problem, and my bike also selling because of worst services, In futer also i cannot suggest tvs bikes confirmly .

Accordingly I have renewed the app before the renewal date as per the instructions shown in the APP provided by TVS Motor Company on 7.02.2023 but the money got deducted but my app is not renewed till date.                             My name is Sanju Chakma and I purchased a TVS RTR 160 4V BS VI- Red color on April 1st 2022. After driving the bike for about 8 months, I skidded off my bike and in the process my bike got damaged. The plastic part of the fuel tank cracked, one of the mirrors broke, one of the front indicators broke, accelerator wire got disconnected. I immediately took the bike for repair on January 7th(they did not give me a slip) and the Amit TVS service center at UCHAMATI, OPP UBI BANK, Doom Dooma, Assam 786151 told me that the parts were not available and it can take 1- 1.5 months for the parts to arrive and my bike repaired. Today is March 17th, almost 2.5 months and the parts still did not arrive and my bike is at the service center at the same condition I took it there. I called them multiple times only to find the parts still did not arrive. I went there and even talked to the manager at Amit TVS Motors and he promised to expedite the process but that did not help either. Today, I am helpless as Amit TVS motors is refusing to help and repair my bike within the time frame they promised. I just want my bike repaired as soon as possible as I am having tough time commuting to my work. I have attached all the paperwork of my bike. Please help!

                              Sir I’m javed from Kuwait.this isn’t the it’s time I sended cargo via Tvs ..from last four years I m sending via Tvs ..I had received my stuffs before safely within time.this time I had an urgent parcel so I choose air cargo ..coz I need to receive within 20 days ..I sended on 1.03.2023 later on my receipt in India got a call from new Delhi..telling about the parcel delivery..couldn’t send to my giving address..the agent was telling him to take from Srinagar which is not possible..if Tvs tell Mee before filling form ..I could deny to send ..one week before I did call to head office in Kuwait the parcel still in new delhi..it must reach within 20 date

                                I am writing this letter in reference to the bike that I bought from your company on 10th June 2022 having bike registration number TN30CW1766, model Radeon black and manufacturing month 05/2022 bearing chassis number is MD625BK22N1E01860. Respected,
                                I got the bike serviced on January 24 th 2022 from 2nd Gate, Junction Main Rd, Subramania Nagar, Salem, Tamil Nadu 636005 and I am writing this letter to bring into your kind consideration the issues I have faced. The 1.Engine noise when 1st service completed then engine noise create and still now not clear ( 10th time complient ) 2.Gear shifting issues ( 10th TIME COMPLIENT) 3. Engine oil leakage( 4TH TIME COMPLIENT) 4.Automatic stop in running time (4TH TIME complient) 5.Automatic Race in neutral time when I stop and Start the two wheeler ( The problem started after I completed the FIRST SERVICE still now continued above that problem ) which was not expected from the vehicle after serviced.

                                ( I BOUGHT TWO WHEELER TVS RADEON IN YOUR GOOD BRAND COMPANY I have left complaint 10 times, but only a few times he is GIVEN GATE PASS, NOT PROVIDE COMPLAINT history also)

                                Am facing lot of problems in this two wheeler last 8 MONTHS so I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY RETURN MY FULL CASH NO NEED FOR YOUR TVS BRAND VECHILE
