TVS Motor Company — Pick up drop facility not available

I called to sd tvs dishad garden east delhi -110095
and asked for pick up and drop facilty for service of my scooty jupiter

They said company have not yet started the same
Sir every automobile company started it and this reply from a well known reputated company advisor degrade companies reputation

When customer asked for such things a company service team must be always be ready to obliged the customer

I lived here near by the service centre around 1-2 km in vivek vihar itself but due to not health issues i could not come to service centre
Please look into the matter
