Tvs Motor Company — Poor service and improper response | |||
Dear Ramanathan, Thank you for reaching TVS Motor. Your Issue Id is TVS_Gr_61161941. Above is my previous complaint, still my issue didn't got resolved, and yesterday I have gave my vehicle for paid service in MG motors Tambaram, it's a home pickup/drop option, since it's AMC service today I have received my vehicle where the cap inside the seat cover(where we will keep out insurance and other documents) place is empty, the spare parts they lost from my vehicle, and while take screenshots and sent they are not responding properly.
