I got a call from the service executive to leave my vehicle (TVS - Jupiter) for service since it is due. Also they offer me RS 999/- package (It covers engine oil, Washing, Sanitizing & Clutch Lubrication). I agreed with her and went to the service center (Chamrajpet Branch).
While handing over the vehicle, the service manager gave me an estimate of 1400/- (Extra 400 because of Brake shoe replacement). Agreed and handed over the vehicle to the service center. After a few hours I got a call from them and an extra 1500/- will be charged due to the spark plug, Belt & other parts being in bad condition. Now the final bill I got is 3676/- with no proper explanation.
My vehicle was already in good condition, it needed only brake shoe replacement & oil change. The worst service staff in this service center are making fools and charging triple extra money from customers.
