Tvs Motor Company — radeon oil leaking issue

Hi,

I purchase my bike from ahmedabad, verdhman tvs bikes, near vyas vadi circle, on 8th oct 2019 on dusherrah muhurt, while i alredy book bike before 3 days in advance in cash payment full, i have to wait in desided muhurt, but they are not able to manage the bike to give me on same muhurt after long argument they manage to give me bike from some how from other side after 2 hr delay, while i decline to take the display model (Because i know they dont have any other bike in there go down) i told them to cancel my booking and give me the back my money than they request to give some time they will give bike with in 2 r than only i give them time to manage it and they provide me the bike which is now giving trouble to me.

From that day to my 1st bike service found some oil leakage from engine side,
I have photo for the same as proof, i even try to send you the mail same way to both customer care as well a the verdhman (Dealer) but i have no respond, after that i go to the delar and show them same problem again while in 1st service they told me like it will never happen again, after driven more 1000km same issue found in 2nd service (On 2000 km) same reply from delar like it will not happen again,

Right now i am facing gear pshifting problem for 1st gear, starting trouble in morning after 1-2 minit ideal when i put first gear bike after running 10-20 meter getting shutting down and i need to give extra throttle to make it on and run.

I want ether full details of qc certificate of my bike or give me the straight way of replacement of engine with the qc certificate.

So oil lekage from engine is big issue for me my 1st complaint (Majour)
2nd one is after more than 2 months idid not get the registration number from rto, i purchase on 8th october y bill was generated on 12th october,

If i purchase bike from honda or any other brand with in 30 days all got number plat but in my case no hope still they telling me one more week need to wait.

I am getting support from the verdhman delar but again and again getting same problem as well as no proper solution for the same, as well i feel like they doing some fraud with me and given used bike.
