We bought the Jupiter zx bike from CASA TVS MOTORS NEAR BENZ CIRCLE VIJAYAWADA on JANUARY 5, 2022. From the day we took the delivery. It is make making so much engine noise which is not there in other Jupiter vehicles. We complained about it in first and second service itself. But the problem was not addressed by the service centre. BEFORE reaching 5000kms (3rd service), it used to stop very frequently in middle of journey. After few days, the battery issue was displayed on the screen and we can't able to start the bike. We approached the service centre and they sent the battery to battery service centre and got it fixed. But in 3days again the same problem arised. This time they REPLACED THE BATTERY with new one. And when we went for trail, it again stopped. Then they identified that there is a problem with FUEL INJECTION PUMP and replaced it with a new one immediately. But the noise problem was not resolved. It is making the noise as if it is a very old one. After 2months(i.e., 21/12/2022), the same problem arised. Now they replaced the SELF START MOTOR. Sound problem still exists. Even after repeated complaints, SERVICE CENTRE was centre very ignorant on our problem and always seeks rating without addressing the complaints. In less than one year, 3 MAJOR PARTS of the bike have been replaced. It caused us mental and physical agony and consumed lot of our time. After all these replacements, even a layman can say that it is a DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. With all our experience, we are unable to recommend TVS bikes to anyone as WE LOST TRUST ON TVS COMPANY bikes. We seek an explanation for all these or else we will take legal action against you.
