RECEIVED A MALFUNCTIONING TVS JUPITER 125 VEHICLE FROM TVS MOTOR COMPANY (SYNERGY AUTOKRAFT PVT LTD) BANGALORE, I NEED REPLACEMENT OR REFUND IMMEDIATELY.
I had booked an TVS Jupiter 125 top varient on[protected] by paying full cash to (Sales, TVS authorised showroom 'Synergy Autokraft Pvt Ltd, 4th Phase, 7th Block, Outer Ring Rd, Kathriguppe IV Phase, Banashankari 3rd Stage, near Devegowda petrol pump, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560085')
I got the vehicle on[protected] evening 6 pm, but the registration was pending which was completed on[protected], On[protected] when I started the vehicle for the first time in morning again the ISG malfunction light is on and the intelligent stop and go feature doesn't work when the ISG light is on, when i visited and contacted the TVS showroom person Mr. Pradeep he said it's nothing to worry about, it will automatically turn off after 3-4 kms riding, I told him in the Vehicle manual it is written if the ISG malfunction light shows up we should immediately get it checked with Authorised Service Center, I insisted him to get it checked with the service center, Later together we visited the service center and Mr.Pradeep showed the vehicle to the service engineer who then rose the throttle to max capacity 2-3 times and after that the light went off, then they handed over the vehicle to me saying it's nothing it will go away. I believed the same and came back to my house then the next day on[protected] when i started my vehicle the same issue was there so i contact TVS customer care =[protected] and informed them about the issue they registered the complaint via grievance no: TVS_Gr_[protected] and told me to wait for the service call, later that same day from Mr.S Gowda called me up and enquired about the same and he told me to come to service center the next day i.e on[protected], which i did visit and they tore apart all the parts and checked and took it to test drive and came back saying they have updated the firmware and the issue is solved but to my surprise on the same day evening i.e[protected] i got the same issue of ISG malfunction light and also the PWR light is turning on in idle condition, also accelerating is not smooth as before ( it jurkes) when accelerating, and the rear mudguard is making lot of vibration and noise when rear brakes are applied.
I am fed-up with this malfunctioning vehicle i hereby request the TVS company to either replace my vehicle with a new working one or refund my money back immediately.
Else i will be taking up this matter in the court, for cheating me by delivering a malfunctioning vehicle by TVS company.
