Tvs Motor Company — Received defective bike

Dear authorities,

I have purchased tvs sport from Bhawani motors darbhanga on 12/08/21. Chassis number MD625CK23M3G05186 and engine number Ak2GM3502214.

My bike is totally waste because it's a new bike only 3-4 months passed and the bike is generating black smoke from silencer always even from its engine mobile is leakage and milage is worst I am getting 30-35 milage only the bike is totally defective piece even my bike in in New and in warranty period I went your authorised dealership from where I have purchased the bike bhawani motors told him soo many time they took it and keep it 2 days and told sir your problems are resolved but again and again I am facing the problem and after they are not responding my complaints I am very unsatisfied from the product I was a tvs bike quality lover bt now by seeing the issue I just hate your products now onwards no one is responding to my complaints and it's new bike what should i do please help me regarding my concern I'm attaching bike papers in this mail and defective product pictures
