TVS Motor Company — Regarding servicing | |||
I am writing this complaint letter on behalf of my vehicle (Reg no: kl-33-c-8446) given for servicing in tvs mahindra kottayam on 29th of february 2016. I was doing my service out side due to my previous experience of poor service and dissatisfaction regarding the service and the advisers attitude towards to the customer. Since last week i got a call from tvs chennai and they offered me 5% discount on spares and 10% discount on labour charges and free body wash. I thought that it was your genuine words, and i given my vehicle to kottayam service center. Now i under stood that its all fraud words to make the business. It was totally disappointed with the service and even verse approach by the adversers and charged me a lot with a heavy bill. I had given my vehicle on monday for general service and in additional to general service i pointed out other complaints to advisor like the problem with the fuel gauge, hand break indicator, low clutch etc. The advisor given me an estimate of rs:15000/- with the replacement of clutch disc assembly & general service and committed that he will give back the vehicle on next day after all servicing. But no one called me untill tuseday and informed on wednesday that the vehicle is ready after service. But unfortunately i was not able to take the vehicle since i was out of station. I had taken my vehicle on saturday and checked the complaints and found that it was not at all attended by the service engineer. The complaint regarding the fuel gauge and the hand brake indicator still not working and informed to the advisor also. There responds was too unhappy and told me to bring on another day. The total bill comes of rs:18000/- and enquirer withe the discounts as committed and they states that its after discount without mentioning any discount value in the bill. How come know that its after discount. Its really cheating and cannot be accepted. Also some parts has been replaced without any prior information to me. The over all service feed back is very poor done and irresponsible advisory by tvs when we compared with toyota and maruthi.
