Respected sir, According to your dealer sangam auto mobile, quality chownk, lawrence road, amritsar. We have purchased a jupiter scooter before diwali festiwal in 2019 by cash mode. The relationship manager (Saels executive) mr. Atul, committed us for 2500 instant cash back in our account if you made cash payment through icci bank via paytm merchant. After 1 month, we didnot get ant cash back regarding this. The staff of agency didnot any positive response to us and delay the mater. Kindly solve this matter.
