Dear Sir,
I am V.Aravind from Visakhapatnam. Recently I have bought a new bike [ TVS Apache RTR 160 4v special edition] at OLIVE TVS showroom, Murali Nagar, Visakhapatnam with the price of Rs.1, 60, 806/- through cash payment on 30/08/2022. Its my dream to buy apache bike with my own hard earned money.
On the very first day when I started my bike I faced many problems like starting problem, engine jerking, heavy fuel consumption, engine overheating, black smoke, engine getting off while shifting the gear every time for this all problems bike is getting heavy pressure on other parts of the bike like mainly self-starter, clutch, chain.
On 01-Sep-2022 I went to that showroom and met the Manger Mr. Eswar Patnaik and told the above issues. After that the technical team looked into the issues and they changed the fuel tank. But issue is not resolved and still faced same situation.
On 02-Sep -2022 they changed all body parts like(Throttle Body, Spark plug, and fuel injector etc except main Engine).
On 03-Sep -2022 I have faced Engine overheating again and engine temperature is raising repeatedly after starting the engine.
From 05-Sep-2022 to still date my bike is in showroom itself. But the above problems were not resolved till date where I barely did ride for 35 Kms from the date purchase.
When I asked K. Anil Kumar(Territory Manager-[protected]), they were behaved rudely and insulted me and even he is threatening me.
I hope that I will get quick response from your end.
