TVS Motor Company — tvs apache rtr 200, engine noise handling & pick problem

Dear tvs appache team,

Please be noted my bick has multiple issues.

1) over heating.
2) engine noise.
3) handling.
4) pickup issue.

I have already given my bike for servicing at binser service station dated on 24th nov 2018, they verified the issue at there end & found that there were an issue with engine.

However i have extended warranty card of 5 years & it's photo copy already submitted to agency on same day, still the approval process still awaiting, they need at least 2 -3 days more for rectification after approval from tvs.

Apart from that central sucker & clutch assembly work done at there end few of parts are chargeable & replaced of my bike from gs motors ghaziabad. They are able to arrange the approval on same day & fix the same but this time they are talking lots of time compare then the previously.

So i request you to arrange approval for the same & help us to have customer trust instant of the trouble.
