Tvs Motor Company — Tvs bike is not good - giving more back pain, dealer services is very bad

My name is Vijay, I am sorry to express my dissatisfaction and the WORST experience that I ever got with TVS, I purchased TVS Star City in 2018 in KR Puram Bangalore, and based on the goodwill and faith in TVS I have again decided to buy TVS bike but it is a mistake I did when I approached MURALI TVS at Chandapura Bangalore, Unfortunately, they don't not value Customer, I have faced a problem at each every stage. Actually, I have taken the decision to sell my Star City bike due to back pain and the problem with suspension though I have replaced shock observers, I have clearly told my problem to the sales executive and I told that I want a good suspension bike which can give relief to my back pain, but unfortunately the sales executive has given false information about the Apache 4V stating it is having very good suspension but in fact the bike will not suitable for the people who are already suffering from back pain which I came to know practically after taking a bike, let me explain the series of problems I faced with Murali TVS, I visited Murali TVS 19th June 2022 and spent 3hrs to take my bike delivery. I did online payments multiple times finally the payment got succeeded, showroom people could have helped me to do the payment in a better way with better options, but they have not given me additional accessories on the same day the Mirror is very much essential to ride without that it is very dangerous to drive, they took 1 week to fit mirror and other accessories for which i kept on following up, till today I have not received my number plate, they made me to follow up almost every day they don't have courtesy to call back customer and they don't give value to the customer, today the WORST experience is they informed me that my vehicle number plate is ready, I have waited from 5 PM to 8:30 PM finally they told my number plate is not yet ready
Riding bike without number plate will lead to penalty, will the Murali TVS pay penalty on behalf of me??

Dear Team,

TVS Motors has not contacted me apart from sending system-generated emails, please help me to get my problem resolved. When I called to customer care they will say the area officer will contact me over the phone but still nobody contacted me.
