I have purchased TVS I qube one year before and the there is an app provided in the TVS I qube which is one year valid. After which it has to be renewed. Accordingly I have renewed the app before the renewal date as per the instructions shown in the APP provided by TVS Motor Company on 7.02.2023 but the money got deducted but my app is not renewed till date. SO i contacted the customer care number given in the app [protected] and escalated the issue. They neither cleared the issue not refunded my amount till date. They replied to me stating that the issue has been sent to the concerned department and they will call me. After a day to day follow up with the customer care I have written an email to these authorities as well. For which I finally received an email dated 23.02.2023 informing me that the same has been forwarded to the concerned department. But till now i.e. 24.03.2023, they have not refunded my renewal amount nor they renewed my app for availing advanced subscription. I was kept under the basic free subscription.
This kind of TVS Motor Company is nothing but deficiency in services and they have neither cared about the customer issues and simply replying it is forwarded to the concerned department since 9.2.2023 for two months. The renewal is for 12 months and 2 months had already been expired.
TVS providing App facility in scooters is nothing but a mess and it is a tactics to sell the product in an unfair manner and then to collect the money for renewal but not renewing the app is unjust enrichment on the part of the TVS Motor Company.
In this regard, I need my money back or renewal to be done my TVS Company immediately along with a heavy compensation of Rs.50, 000/- towards the mental agony and pain suffered by me and time spent on the constant follow with the customer service care of TVS. Was this information helpful? |
