I have purchased a new TVS wego on 04.09.2012, till yet 14.09.2012 I have not got even a purchase invoice from a dealer . Every day after running some distance petrol pipe heavy leakage problem is faced . Total fuel gets vanished in minutes . I bought TVS WEGO vehicle 8 months back, now its battery is down and i have to replace it. It has got starting troubles. After two days of vehicle purchase, the vehicle did not start, after informing to the dealer they took the vehicle after one day they said not to exceed 3 litres of fuel in the tank (its capacity is of 5 litre) this was not informed at the time of purchase.

TVS Motor/ Apache RTR 160


I have purchased Apache RTR 160 in the month of Dec.08 and facing problem with this bike. I am much frustrated with this bike.
I have already made 2 FREE services, after the completion of second service, i noticed my problem to Service center officials. Engine not working fine, lots of vibration particularly at the speed of 60Km (on or above 5000rpm), also engine misfiers, noise level...

Battery changed before 12 days and again problem starts. They are not reciving a single call and they hold 2-3 weeks at there service station and still my vehicle is with them. They are wasting my time and making me wait for 3-4 hours at there service station. Every one month i am facing problem in this vehicle.

3rd May 2025, vehicle TVS Jupiter given for service and received delivery acknowledgement receipt for 4th May @ 6.29pm.

I was trying to contact them by phone there is no response or attending the call for more than one hour., to understand whether the vehicle is ready to collect or not. very poor response by the sales executive and Mr, Josua (Mechanic In charge) ... when the service team could not able to attend the call why should they print the phone number in the Acknowledge form.
still now i did not receive any message to collect the vehicle.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience at your SV AUTOMOTIVE PVT LTD KAKANAD on March 5th, 2025. I made a double payment (2853) for my bill, as evidenced by the attached screenshot, yet the executive and manager refused to release my scooter.

Despite showing proof of payment, I was denied my vehicle, causing unnecessary inconvenience. I needed my scooter urgently as I had to drop my daughter at school the next day. Instead of assisting me, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional.

After much frustration, I was compelled to make an additional payment to one of the executive’s personal account, yet the manager failed to provide any proof that my previous payment was not credited to your official account. This mismanagement and lack of transparency wasted my valuable time.

Due to this poor treatment and financial discrepancy, I am considering filing a formal complaint against TVS and the manager's behavior. I request an immediate resolution, necessary action against the misconduct of your staff.

Chain noice is repeating and the service engineer and team is not able to provide solution even after repeated meetings. Even customer care is not responding properly no call is returned regarding the matter. No representative is addressing this properly.
