Request your urgent attention on this matter as I handed over my two
wheeler (TN14-AE3857) on 8th June morning at Walter TVS velachery and team has not actioned upon it till a week even after continue follow up and didn't check it too, suddenly from yesterday(18/06/2024) they are saying the issue is due to wire cut by Rat. We don't have any Rat in our building as there are multiple vehicles standing in the parking area from so many years and no such issues found. The issue when handed over was that the display board was showing downside - up when I was driving and suddenly it rained heavily. Would like to know why the issue was not highlighted when the vehicle was handed over on 8th and earlier they were saying battery issue and as soon as we said replace it as it's in warranty period they came up with Rat issue. As a customer I can also say that after keeping the vehicle for so many days damage would have happened in their premises. Request you to look into the same as today they have sent us the what's app mentioning details as Follow Meter assembly part cost Rs 15000 and Wiring Kit cost Rs 9000 so approx bill of Rs 27000.
This vehicle is under warranty and request you to do the needful as they
are making false claims and we are facing difficulty in our daily routine
as the vehicle is with them since 8th June.
What's the proof that Rat has not cut the wire at the service center where
the vehicle was lying for more than 8 days without any response from the
agency till multiple times we followed up .
The issue is still not resolved for more than 40 days.
Every time we call the call center we are getting the same response that the issue has been escalated to ASM, NSM and will get callback in 24-48 hrs but till now no response from your side.
This is the worst service we can expect from such a renowned company.
And the best part is this that they close all my complaints without my considerations and above all the complaints which i register are raised as queries in the system of TVS customer care. Was this information helpful? |
