TVS Motor Company — TVS jupiter 125 worst experience ever.

I got my jupiter 125 in the first week of october 2022 from SVS TVS showroom at ambattur chennai, and from day one there has been a wobbling issue with the front handle bar and a constant rubbing like vibration in both the floor board and the seat that i notified to the service center on third day. They said its nothing to be concerned and that it will sort out on its own, but the problem got worse as the vibration or grating got worse when riding between speeds 40 to 60 km/hr. i have visited the service center and the dealer for solution for more than 12 times. I have also lodged complaints with TVS customer support. Now the service guys are saying this issue is with all the 125 models and that i contact the company with the issue. I am fed up with this as i have spent more than 3000 rs in the first month on a new bike and still driving an auto rikshaw. my latest grievance id is TVS_Gr_[protected]. Why is tvs selling low quality products and also having such bad service centers? Is it necessary to go through consumer forum for the issue to sort out? worst product and the worst bike experience ever.
