I have written a email to TVS customer service on[protected] which was still not addressed /acknowledged.
Below is the complaint email :
The complaint was against my TVS Jupiter which was bought in Sep- 24 in the name of My spouse J.Indira Priyadharshini and i have been complaining the Dealer about the vibration in the vehicle since it's delivered. I am getting Vibration and Noice in the vehicle and same was escalated to SBM Dealer multiple of times.
The above issue was raised during my first free service around 750km but same issue persists, again in second free service at 1500 km it's escalated to dealer but same repeats. still i politely raised the issue to the Dealer but not rectified till date . During this period I got call from your customer care service where i briefed the above context it's unattended.
Today[protected] morning I left my vehicle for 3rd free service raising the same complaint assuming it might get rectified but no solution hence I was pushed to raise complaint against the dealer through email.
