I purchased tvs jupiter in january 2018 from kalamkar tvs pune showroom. I took the delivery in feb 2018 after completion of all the legal formalities. I use to ride it daily. On 9th june 2018, i found that front wheel of my 4 month old jupiter is not moving and is jam. I called kalamkar tvs service center to send one person who can repair and take it for 2nd free servicing. When the person came and opened the front wheel, i found that liner of the front wheel is completely rusted. I asked the person how is it possible that a new rim can catch rust (Raining has not even started yet). He just said that i will repair this and will give it to you. 2 days later when i visited service center and asked the floor manager, he don't have any answer to this and was simply repeating the same thing "sir you please ride the bike. If you will face the issue again we will look into it." i asked whether the part has been changed in the period between purchase and delivery. His answer was i have repaired the same you now ride the bike and we will look into it if you again face the issue. On 14th june 2018, i called tvs customer care and explained the whole scenario to the executive and asked him to register the complain and investigate the issue. The answer which i got "sir we don't have technical details, i will take your feedback and this will not happen again. But we cannot register a complain". After discussing for about 10 mins he told me that i will transfer the call to his senior. He put me on hold and then disconnected after 2 mins. I called to raise the complain so that proper investigation can be done. I can face the same issue with other hidden parts in near future. Request you to please look into this.
