I have booked "tvs apache rtr 200 v2.0 with abs black" variant on march 29th with the booking amount of rs10000 from dnc tvs dharmapuri. It's been more than 2 months, still i din't received bike nor any proper response from the dealer. I have escalated this to tvs customer care and contacted territory manager a month ago, he promised that i will get my bike in a week. The week passed to month and still he is saying wait for the next billing. The recent update which i got from him was, in company the production is not properly available for the variant which i have booked. The showroom manager was saying that he ordered black color but company has sent white color variant, due to that we are suffering like he is telling.
Such a famous motorcycle company is giving this kind of response is unacceptable. The behavior of the showroom manager was not that great, he was blaming territory manager.
As a customer, i don't know to whom i have to report.
Final conclusion was, tm promised me that i will get my bike on 2nd june (Coming saturday). But showroom manger was saying it will not happen, in our next billing we will order the bike, if we get the bike you will receive it.
Need some higher level escalation for this case. Please help me in this.
Paining part is, after paying the amount i am begging to showroom manager & territory manager.

By looking at the name "Neeraj" i doubt whether my complaint has been read fully!!! If you are addressing the complaint owner (ie., me?) then my name is Aravindh and it has been clearly updated in the complaint.
I got really pissed of the response which i got from the Territory Manager, Showroom Manager & Area Manager (new coming). Today, when i called to Territory Manager Ravivarman (For Dharmapuri District) he said "i couldn't do anything about your issue, so please call Area Manager" Ok!!! I called Area Manager Shekar (Coimbatore) and explained the issue. He mentioned that the bike (for your ref i will mention again "TVS Apache RTR v2.0 with ABS) is having very less production in the company. Sometime they will produce & sometime they won't produce. Wondering?!!! what's happening in TVS company, after giving hype of this bike they are saying this kind of awesome stories (I don't know whether these all cooked up stories).
When i called to customer care and explained about the issue, they said you will get a call from our team. Till now i didn't get any call from them, i was the one keep calling to Territory manager and claiming that i have registered complaint regarding so and so. So please arrange the bike ASAP.
Day by day i am getting frustrated because of this kind of awesome response from them.
such a worst experience from TVS.
