My tvs jupiter
Classic has suddenly stop engine while riding and while
Press the breaks in running vehicle. 2 times i got major
Accidents, by chance i was lucky at that time and safe. I
Had make complain on service call from tvs stallionz motors
Saraspur dated 06-06-18 and they picked vehicle that day and
Repair it. But today again on 11-06-18 at evening near 5.20
P. M. While cross the road from office my jupitor has again
Suddenly stopped/engine stopped. I went to service center
Again they are not given me any good response they called it
May be happens no problem in it. They not given me in return
For the vehicle fault in written or any proof for
Service of this issue. They called that something pns
Problem. There is no value of life? Who is responsible for
Death in accident by engine fault? If they can not provide
Good engine and good services then stop providing this kind
Of service. Stop the deadliest game. There is a value of
Life. And my vehicle was just new purchased in oct-17.
Please return or change your vehicle and make me safe.
Please do the needful.

I bought the bike on june 7th 2018
On the day i bought the bike there are 2 to 3 scratches on the bike
And The same day while i taking my bike to my home the horn stopped working
This is not at all a good service by TVS
KINDLY replace the scratches And doms

    I purchased tvs jupiter in january 2018 from kalamkar tvs pune showroom. I took the delivery in feb 2018 after completion of all the legal formalities. I use to ride it daily. On 9th june 2018, i found that front wheel of my 4 month old jupiter is not moving and is jam. I called kalamkar tvs service center to send one person who can repair and take it for 2nd free servicing. When the person came and opened the front wheel, i found that liner...

    I bought new tvs star city plus from dharmana tvs at payakaraopeta outlet, 6months ago. Since that time they were failure to give my bike tool kit and service book. Every time that outlet incharge behaving negligence to give my tool kit & service book and answers recklessly everytime. They are failure to give good response. There is no trained mechanic and responsible incharge. They are just started that outlet for buying vehicles only... Pls solve my complaint as darly as possible

      My issue is about a scooty servicing.. When i gave it for first time, it is getting suddenly stopped in the traffic i felt it was some fault with my bike only and i give it for second time at the same place and i mentioned the problem many times they said they will do it but then after second time servicing its getting stopped more number of times. I went to showroom and asked again but they didn't care me much. For the first i paid 800 rupees and after very few days i again paid 1100 rupees but their was no result and improper receiving of customers. The place is tvs showroom attapur. I hope some action will be taken on this so that other common people do not suffer. Thank you.

        I bought jupiter zx in dec 2016 from susheel tvs motors, nizampet, telangana-500090. From the beginning we are getting mileage around 35. I reported to the showroom, they said after the first service there will be the difference but no difference. Again i reported the same problem with all free services but no change. There is no support and calls from the service center or showroom after free services

          I would like to complaint against an tvs dealership in bangalore - kr puram called suryapratap tvs. These guys are making false promise when you buy a bike saying they will deliver the documents within 2-3 days of bike purchase & big pain is pulling requests and earning huge amounts Their staff is not even professional. I have been contact their helpdesk to get intouch with one of the tvs representative who was dealing with me, as he told truck is on the way and yet not got my bike but these people always telling i am calling him and they hangup. They are troubling in delivering bike . Please help out. U can reach [protected].

            I have purchased the brand new tvs jupiter from mahalaxmi auto tvs - ahmedabad as on 30/4/2018. From day one the vehicle vibrates a lot even if we ride it on smooth surface/road. When i request to replace the defective vehicle they ensure to resolve the issue in it, first they change the front wheel and give me the vehicle.. Still it vibrates.. Again i went to showroom, they change the jumper at back and give me the vehicle.. Still it vibrates... Now they tell me that the the vibration is negligible and it occurs in all brand new jupiter due to telescopic suspension... They give me the other tvs jupiter for to ride and show me that it vibrates too on smooth road...
            As per them it is the common in all tvs jupiter... If it really vibrates in all tvs jupiter then why it not vibrates in test ride... I am highly dissatisfied.

            After changing too many parts, i am not getting the perfect solution... I have not paid 65000/- for this.

            Please note that the vehicle have run 350 kms ... and not given for service yet . The Problem arise in brand new vehicle since it is purchased before one month. ..They have tried to resolve the issue by changing the parts but it is not fruitful yet,

                I puchased motarcycle 3 weeks ago., after 2 days the rubber of stand is melted and break down., and after a week the tyre is bursted from the rym., and now i don’t understand why i took the bike by tvs because dealer is saying bike is manufactured by tvs, and service center is saying it is my fault., so i plz do the favour of me., otherwise i will do the customer negative for tvs., because what i am facing i will explain to all.

                    With bike registration number and chasis number i think you can easily able to find bike model details.
                    Still it is Apache RTR V4 2.0 Racing Edition with ABS. Also i was supposed to get all the papers (except RC which take time) on the same as i travelled over 33KM to reach the showroom and i was told it will be couriered within 4 days. Rest i already told. I didnt have even single paper. My bike is at my home from last 17 days. Please take strict action as this showroom staff does this for all their customers.

                    Its been over 3 weeks now. These people are picking up the call and telling we will get back to you once we contact the person (Manjunath) who showed me the bike. And the moment the hang up on me and never calls back. This is ridiculous, i have bike with no papers to take on road.

                          I bought an apache rtr 160 model four months ago from a authorized dealer of yours in wall tax road. My bike has very low pick up since the day i bought it and i hav filed complaint regarding this issue a couple times. They accepted my complaint and serviced the bike but i still face the same problem. So i request you to replace my clutch assembly and help me experience a better ride.

                            The dealership u&v tvs as been delaying my number plates for a whole month now! I have even recieved the rc book/card from the regional rto. Too much delay and the dealer blames the rto's process for it whereas the government office was prompt in providing its services. Driving my vehical like that without a number plate is very risky and i cannot do anything if its stolen! Moreover cops have stopped me twice because of that. It has been more than 2 months and i have not recieved any update from the dealer! They also started my vehicals registration process 1 month after it was sold and i have a proof of that! Please help me with this situation and the procedure to follow next!

                              Hi my name is akash chaturvedi. I am an owner of tvs apache rtr 200.
                              From few days there is noise coming from my bike's engine this is coming after changing the clutch center hub. So i took my bike to the service center the name of the service center is arvind tvs agra after visiting there they refer me to shiv shakti tvs. After going to shiv shakti tvs they started analysing my bike they told me that please wait we will solve ur problem. They started opening the engine with hammer and chisel which resulted scratches on bike's engine by seeing this i asked what you guys are doing they replied by saying this we don't have tools to open the engine. After this they put my bike on other side and they started servicing other bikes i was told to wait and they kept me waiting for 6 hours and after that they say to me i have leave my here in service center. The whole day of mine got wasted and all the members of shiv shakti tvs were very bad they were not dealing with me properly and i have a question for tvs that they hire these kind of mechanics they don't know how to open the bike's engine. They argued with they abused me and most importantly there was team manager named devdutt yadav he was really bad and he was not dealing with me properly. He started arguing with me and he said that whatever you want to do against me and the service center you can do but i will not fix the problems that you are facing in your bike. I have a question that is how tvs deals with there customer. I m really fed up with this and i will a strict action regarding this and this is my humble request to tvs kindly respond to the email and give me a appropriate answer for that behaviour done with me and solution for my bike also or else i have to take some legal action regarding this issue and i have the proofs with me what has happened with me today and i will post all that on social media because the behaviour wasn't tolerable. If you guys really care for your customers then give a positive reply to me.

                              Hi my name is Akash chaturvedi. I am an owner of TVS Apache RTR 200.
                              From few days there is noise coming from my bike's engine this is coming after changing the clutch center hub. So I took my bike to the service center the name of the service center is Arvind TVS Agra after visiting there they refer me to Shiv Shakti TVS. After going to Shiv Shakti TVS they started analysing my bike they told me that please wait we will solve ur problem. They started opening the engine with hammer and chisel which resulted scratches on bike's engine by seeing this I asked what you guys are doing they replied by saying this we don't have tools to open the engine. After this they put my bike on other side and they started servicing other bikes I was told to wait and They kept me waiting for 6 hours and after that they say to me I have leave my here in service center. The whole day of mine got wasted and all the members of Shiv Shakti TVS were very bad they were not dealing with me properly and I have a question for TVS that they hire these kind of mechanics they don't know how to open the bike's engine. They argued with they abused me and most importantly there was team manager named Devdutt Yadav he was really bad and he was not dealing with me properly. He started arguing with me and he said that whatever you want to do against me and the service center you can do but I will not fix the problems that you are facing in your bike. I have a question that is how TVS deals with there customer. I m really fed up with this and I will a strict action regarding this and this is my humble request to TVS kindly respond to the email and give me a appropriate answer for that behaviour done with me and solution for my bike also or else I have to take some legal action regarding this issue and I have the proofs with me what has happened with me today and I will post all that on social media because the behaviour wasn't tolerable. If you guys really care for your customers then give a positive reply to me.

                                My dad bought tvs vehicle 2 weeks back and referred me to buy tvs vehicle using refer tvs meera option. This week i made full payment for new vehicle. During invoice generation referral code which i got from tvs meera was not working. When i checked with the customer care, they told there was a problem in it team and asked me to wait. I waited for 2 days. But of no use. They didn't get back to me and didn't solve the issue. My dealer told already wrong information is entered during invoice generation. If we did for multiple times then invoice itself blocked. So i asked my dealer to proceed invoice without referral code. Tvs meera refer friend is the worst customer service i ever seen. They gave false promises and made me to wait for 2 days. After that they didn't pick the call. Worst customer service.

                                  I am using tvs star city 110 cc bike which i purchased on 25/5/16 from bangalore tvs showroom. I am not getting the mileage of my bike. I am getting the mileage between 35 to 45 mileage. Number of time i tuned my bike from kubera tvs hsr layout service center as well arunagiri motors bomanhalli. I am not satisfied with my mileage. I am not getting what to do. My bike service is already done from my expert mechanic. No body is able to tunned. Please help me.
