Dear team,

I had purchased tvs jupiter bs 4 (Matte blue) basic model from om tvs (Molar band), which is located in south delhi.

Purchase date : 01st jan 2018.

Now after 05 months, he has lot of problem with my scooter. This vehicle suddenly stopped and middle of road and failed to start again. Then i visited to tvs service centre then the problem got resolved.

But when i completed my 04th free service from the service centre. My scooter is running well.
Now in the month of june 2018, (Km 110350) at the time of paid services. I paid the approx 03 thousand rs for the all parts including (Amc, belt, etc.) after paying the this much amount you are not safe while riding jupiter.

Engine off in running condition

Unfortunately, on 30th june 2018, i was going to my office but while riding engine got stopped in running vehicle in middle of road. It’s a second time i got major accidents. But i was lucky at that i was safe.

Start issue,

Every day i cannot start the scooter easily. Choke not working, kick not working...

Lots of problem with jupiter engine (Its of escalation stop manufacturing jupiter (He has lots of problem with jupiter engine)
Engine off in running condition, start issue, engine noise, engine vibration on normal road
Fuel efficiency is too bad. According to other brands.

If tvs company is not ready to give permanent solution. Then file a case in consumer forum.
