In short pathetic "once payment is in, no more customer". Sales people (Deepak) make lot of promises when you are booking the vehicle, then after no promises are met. Promised to give delivery after 5 days but did'nt happen and few days in registration that also did'nt happen.

While buying itself so many promises are broken, now i am worried how i am going get vehicle service here.

Distributer bahaviour very bad and not repaired my jupioter scooter under guarranty.
I had a new apache rtr 160 but from the beginning its fule meter is not working i had contact to my nearest dealership and the says tha it will solve in 1 or 2 weeks but it has passed 7 month's and till now my problem is not solved and their service is very bad

    Dear sir
    I have purchase apache rtr 200 4v on nov17.
    On that day to till know. I have facing so many issue like gear sensor, self sensor, chain issue, indigate switch, break issue, vibration, and till now i have a new issue which is colour fading of back tyre rim. Colour automatically removed. I think i have purchase wrong item or select wrong comp.
    If any customigation in your service team so pls look in this matter and do the needful.

        Respected sir
        I purchased a new one tvs 160 rtr in month of september 17
        I facing most of problem is in my bike one of them pick up, chain set sound, front disk break not working, and when was bike going to 60 km then bike going to vibrate very high and pick up going to very low and engine going to heat very now my bike cover only 13000 km and i also change clutch plate at the time of 2800 km cover my bike and shocker also not working properly so solve the problem as soon as possible...
        Ahinsa motor not giving satisfy ans and not take any action sincerely
        And he don't know how to treat customer

            And from last service scoot has many issue like creating sound front tire moving mialeg n many more
            I complaint many times n go to service center min. 3to4 times but my problem not to be solved right now
            Yesterday by god wishes i was just save from excident
            If something happen at that time who will responsible for that

            No switch mount for head lamp in tvs apache rtr 200 4v. The head lamp glows continously after the engine starts. U cannot turn off the head lamp in tvs apache rtr 200 4v when the engine is running. It leads to wastage of battery usage.

                Given my rtr fi 160 (Ka05hh1186) for service on 09 june 2018 at ajay tvs, next to ksrtc depo. After the so called "bike service" i found (1) engine oil was not at all checked. On asking they were telling i told not to replace so they did not check. I feel if somebody tells also, mechanic’s job is to check and give his report (2) wires were lying just like that. Rain or anything may spoil it. On asking they were saying i told not to change the wiring kit. I told them not to change but they should at least wrap the wires which they had unwrapped. (3) finally self start was not working and their staff were giving just any reason to justify like engine is not warm, battery is drained and finally battery has gone bad. (4) after reaching home i found engine oil was leaking badly which they changed during vehicle pickup time.
                For all these i gave written complaint to ajay tvs. I got my vehicle repaired from a local mechanic. When again i visited the place as their customer grievance team has requested me, i asked them to check my engine oil level. They told it is all right. But out of doubt i again got it rechecked from local mechanic and found it is less. Later they were telling engine is sucking the oil.
                Their customer grievance handling team has no common sense and no control over their staff. Please refund paid service charges and oil charges rs. 1100/-.

                I recently purchased ntorq yellow colour bike from Tvs srivaari showroom, old washermenpet chennai .. the price of ntorq is rs 76530 but they charged us rs 84530. When I asked for my remaining cash .. no one is responding .. please take the necessary action.

                  Dear sir/madam,.
                  With reference to the subject cited above, the scooty pep in question was given for servicing purpose to the above service centre.
                  1. It is surprise to note that the vehicle was not in proper working/moving condition and lying in my home and not in running condition. Ie. Not in use since taken delivery from
                  Rainbow company, service centre.

                  2. When the condition of said vehicle was informed, they sent a meachanic to my home, the annoyed mechanic insisted to take back vehicle to service centre 5 km away from my home.

                  3. After re-delivery, the condition of vehicle was even worst than before.

                  4. The vehicle is not moving foreside and back side freely when engine is not started and the annoyed mechanic (Dewangan) developed a new complaint o[censored]nwanted sound like ' kat.. Kat.. Kat..' when i drived it and checked. Also he demanded some amount without cash memo for some said nut bolt which he changed.

                  Kindly look into the matter and instruct cocerned person of the service centre to remove the issue which they have developed.

                    two wheeler service issue

Before purchase bike the distributor told me bike was 61000, when i given all the document for loan he charge 67500 rupees and for that emi 6300 for month. But before he not inform me about additional charges. When i ask distributor about fraud case he told me we are charging like that only. Now your bike is all ready register and u can not cancel. If want u can complaint. I cant change. As comment distributor

                          I am k sumanthreddy from tadepalligudem, my bike apachee 200 lost a part connected to gare changing shaft, i asked the service to bring the part 1 month ago once they said to go to rajayamundry and now they are saying to go to tanuku but the are not bringing my part how much time ahould i wait?                             My tvs jupiter
                            Classic has suddenly stop engine while riding and while
                            Press the breaks in running vehicle. 2 times i got major
                            Accidents, by chance i was lucky at that time and safe. I
                            Had make complain on service call from tvs stallionz motors
                            Saraspur dated 06-06-18 and they picked vehicle that day and
                            Repair it. But today again on 11-06-18 at evening near 5.20
                            P. M. While cross the road from office my jupitor has again
                            Suddenly stopped/engine stopped. I went to service center
                            Again they are not given me any good response they called it
                            May be happens no problem in it. They not given me in return
                            For the vehicle fault in written or any proof for
                            Service of this issue. They called that something pns
                            Problem. There is no value of life? Who is responsible for
                            Death in accident by engine fault? If they can not provide
                            Good engine and good services then stop providing this kind
                            Of service. Stop the deadliest game. There is a value of
                            Life. And my vehicle was just new purchased in oct-17.
                            Please return or change your vehicle and make me safe.

                            On the day i bought the bike there are 2 to 3 scratches on the bike
                            And The same day while i taking my bike to my home the horn stopped working
                            This is not at all a good service by TVS

I use to ride it daily. On 9th june 2018, i found that front wheel of my 4 month old jupiter is not moving and is jam.                               I bought new tvs star city plus from dharmana tvs at payakaraopeta outlet, 6months ago. Since that time they were failure to give my bike tool kit and service book. Every time that outlet incharge behaving negligence to give my tool kit & service book and answers recklessly everytime. They are failure to give good response. There is no trained mechanic and responsible incharge. They are just started that outlet for buying vehicles only... Pls solve my complaint as darly as possible

                                My issue is about a scooty servicing.. When i gave it for first time, it is getting suddenly stopped in the traffic i felt it was some fault with my bike only and i give it for second time at the same place and i mentioned the problem many times they said they will do it but then after second time servicing its getting stopped more number of times. I went to showroom and asked again but they didn't care me much. For the first i paid 800 rupees and after very few days i again paid 1100 rupees but their was no result and improper receiving of customers. The place is tvs showroom attapur. I hope some action will be taken on this so that other common people do not suffer. Thank you.

                                  I bought jupiter zx in dec 2016 from susheel tvs motors, nizampet, telangana-500090. From the beginning we are getting mileage around 35. I reported to the showroom, they said after the first service there will be the difference but no difference. Again i reported the same problem with all free services but no change.                                     I would like to complaint against an tvs dealership in bangalore - kr puram called suryapratap tvs. These guys are making false promise when you buy a bike saying they will deliver the documents within 2-3 days of bike purchase & big pain is pulling requests and earning huge amounts Their staff is not even professional. I have been contact their helpdesk to get intouch with one of the tvs representative who was dealing with me, as he told truck is on the way and yet not got my bike but these people always telling i am calling him and they hangup. They are troubling in delivering bike . Please help out. U can reach [protected].
