TVS Motor Company — tvs ntorq 125 petrol leakage problem

Address: Rushabh AutoComponents Pvt. ltd, Shop No. 1/2/3, Sana Apt., Opp. Viman Nagar Police Station Nagar Road Ramwadi, Pune, Maharashtra, 411014

This is regarding petrol leakage issue i'm getting on my tvs ntorq, the third time in a row within two months after 2nd free service done on '24 december 2018'.
I took my vehicle to 'rushabh tvs service center' (Pune centre) every time for this issue, the first time they told me it was a petrol overflow issue and they fix it on '2nd february 2019' and told me it will not happen again but in very next month i got this issue again. This time within 3 to 4 hrs more them 3 litres petrol from my fuel tank got empty.
Again i went to the same service centre for this issue and asked them to fix this petrol leaking problem permanently and also i asked them why i'm getting this issue as my vehicle is new they have no proper answer for it. They fix it the second time on '9th march 2019' and told me it was a loose fuel pin issue which is fixed now, next time onward you won't get this leakage issue definitely (False promises).
Within 14 days i got petrol leakage problem again on '23rd march 2019'. On the same day, i went to them and submitted my vehicle and asked them please change my ntorq carburettor as this issue keeps coming, again and again, that time the told me we will look into this issue deeply this time and you can collect your vehicle next day.
Next day evening '24th march 2019' when i called them they update me it was carburettor floating pin issue which is replaced and they want one more day to examine it i said okay keep it and update me once issue fixed completely.
They won't call me for 2 days then i called them on '27th march 2019' then they told me still issue is not resolved so they are replacing the carburettor and it took two more days for it i said okay once carburettor replaced and tested with no petrol leakage then update me i'll collect my ntorq.
Finally, on '30th march 2019' saturday noon they called me and update me your ntorq is fixed please collect it.
When evening i reach the service centre to collect my ntorq it was completely filled with dust i asked them to wash it and then after 20 min when wash complete i found that there is no petrol in my ntorq it was completely empty.
I asked them to fill the measured petrol which is available in my vehicle at the time of service job card sheet creation is measured it's around two and a half bar on the sheet, then they decline it and telling me that you have a petrol leaking issue because of it we have to run your vehicle so many time to ensure about issue is not remain, now you have to pay the amount us for petrol (They are looting customer and making tvs brand name down).
I have no choice so i pay them 50 rupees for some half litre petrol then i tried to start my vehicle, it took almost 5 mins to start and then i accelerate it for 1 to 2 minutes i sense petrol smell which is leaking from my ntorq (Still issue is not fixed by them, they just did some jugaad thing. They are fooling customers by saying your vehicle problem is fixed). Then i asked them what did you do for issue fix, they told me they replace carburettor floating pin, i asked them then why you told me you are replacing carburettor in call and have my vehicle for one week if you didn't replace carburettor, they have no answer for that. Then they said we will replace your carburettor for that you need to wait for two more days, i have no other option so i leave my ntorq with them only and they reopened my service jobe card.

And also when i asked them to give me an invoice about my repair service with part information which they replace they said no to me as replaced part comes under warranty period. But at least they have to provide an invoice to me which states that they replace this warranty part in your vehicle with part inventory number.

I spend 75k to 80k on tvs ntorq because i have a thought that "tvs provide good service in the market as compared to others" now it's completely changed after what i faced with there service center. They are doing only false promises and looting customers.

Hope i will get some solution through this complaint and get original warranty part replaced with proper invoice and measured petrol fill back to my ntorq. If there is any option to upload the video of the petrol leaking issue.. I could do that for a better understanding.
