TVS Motor Company — TVS Ronin and its Roadside Assistance Program

I purchased a TVS Ronin Motorcycle on January 7, 2024. Since then, I have experienced several significant issues with the vehicle, including a dead battery, engine starting problems, and a faulty gear sensor. Additionally, the roadside assistance service I purchased with the motorcycle has been unresponsive, and my complaints to TVS Motor have not been satisfactorily addressed. I have attempted to provide feedback on the product and service through the TVS Connect Mobile Application, but I have been unable to do so.
