I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against TVS Motor Company regarding the recent purchase of my motorcycle TVS Ronin from 'Professional Wheels LLP, Bund Garden, Pune' on 19th June 2023.

Shortly after taking delivery of the bike allotted to me, I discovered a significant issue. Within just two hours of riding, the engine oil began leaking, unbeknownst to me at the time. I unknowingly rode the bike home with the drained-out oil. The following day 20th June 2023, the showroom mechanic refilled the engine oil and brought the bike back to the showroom, where the entire engine had to be dismantled. Initially, the opinion was that the leakage originated from the assembly head, but now they are claiming that the seal has also been damaged. Given that the bike was driven without engine oil, the extent of damage caused to the engine remains unknown.

I'm a rider and I ride many different places solo and currently the bike that has been allotted to me, I cannot put any trust in it. As a customer, I expected the motorcycle to perform flawlessly from the beginning. The inconvenience this issue has caused me has been extremely disappointing, especially since this is a premium product of TVS. It is shameful that the company did not given required attention to PDI / after manufacturing inspection.

I logged a formal complaint in TVS Motor Company (Grievance ID: TVS_Gr_[protected] for below -
1. request a replacement of bike, or
2. expect the entire assembled engine to be replaced with a new one, or
3. request a full refund of the amount I have paid

To date, I have not received any resolution on my request.

As someone who placed great trust in TVS company, I must express my disappointment with the level of service and the responses from TVS representatives. It is disheartening to realize that my decision to purchase TVS company's premium product may have been a regrettable one if this is the current situation and now it seems I have been cheated by selling their defective product.
