On 4 June, I got my scooty serviced from Dynamic Motors (Authorised Service Centre of TVS). I had requested for servicing, brake shoe change and lock set change.
They just did the servicing and sent the scooty to me. Pickup and drop charges were billed to me which I paid.
I called them and asked why brake shoes and locks were not replaced.
So they took the scooty again on the same day and this time, they just replaced...

मैं आशुतोष सिंह मैंने 4 जुलाई को टीवीस रेडर बाइक सतगुरु tvs से लिया था, जिस दिन मैने ये बाइक लिया था उस दिन मैं काफी खुश था क्यूंकि ये बाइक मेरे पापा ने मुझे दिलाई थी पर मुझे पता नहीं था की ये बाइक मेरी जिंदगी में इतनी परेशानी बना देगी जिसकी वजह से मेरे चरित्र पर भी झूठे आरोप लगा दिए जाएंगे
आपको एक एक परेशानी से अवगत करता हूँ।
incident -1 :- मेने जब बाइक ली तब उसकी हेडलाइट की हाई बीम नहीं जलती थी और बार बार ऑफ होने की प्रॉब्लम थी जिसका समाधान मुझे पहली सर्विस 25/07/2022 को 745km पर सतगुरु टीवीस द्वारा दिया जाता है ।
incident -2 :- मैं सतगुरु टीवीस दूसरी सर्विस करने जाता हूँ 2585 km पर जहा मुझे जवाब दिया जाता है की आपकी बाइक यहाँ से 40km दूर किसी सर्विस सेण्टर 1685km पर सर्विस की गयी जिसकी वजह से आपकी डिटेल्स ओपन है आप पहले उसे बंद कराईये फिरआपकी सर्विस की जायेगी और आपकी तीसरी सर्विस मानी जायेगी जब की मैंने आज तक कभी वो सर्विस सेण्टर पर विजिट भी नहीं किया था उसके लिए भी मुझे वह के मालिक और सेल्स मैनेजर से बात करनी पड़ी थी जिसके बाद ही मुझे सर्विस प्रोवाइड की गयी थी
incident 3 :- मेरी बाइक की बेट्री 6 january 2023 में अचानक डेड हो जाती है जिसके लिए सतगुरु टीवीस से शिवांग शुक्ला राम को भेजते और मेरी नई बैट्री टाटा की व् कागज़ बिल लेकर पुरानी amaron की लगा देते और 14 दिन में रिप्लेसमेंट देकर चेंज करने का अस्वासन देते है, 19 जुलाई को कॉल आता है की आपके कागज़ खो गए है आप दोबारा भेज दीजिये मैं भेज देता हूँ फिर मैं 1 अप्रैल को स्टेटस पूछता हूँ तो किसी का कोई जवाब नहीं आता है ।
incident 4 - 6 अप्रैल को 5626 कम पर मैं अपनी सर्विस करने सतगुरु टीवीस जाता हूँ जहा पर मुझे पता चलता है की शिवांग शुक्ल चले गए है और मेरी बेट्री का कोई पता नहीं है मैं वह पर मैनेजर से बात करता हूँ तो वो बेट्री क्लेम देने के लिए मना कर देते है जिसके लिए मैं सागर जी जो की मालिक है उनसे बात करता हूँ तो वो मुझे कुछ दिनों में पता करके बताने का अस्वासन देते है ।
incident 5 - 1 july 2023 को मुझे cholamandalam insurance इन्शुअरन्स कंपनी से sms आता है की आपकी पॉलिसी 3 july को expire हो रही है, ऑनलाइन व ऑफिस जाकर कही भी पालिसी renew नहीं हो पा रही थी जिससे परेशान होकर मुझे सतगुरु वालो ने tata AIG की पॉलिसी में कन्वर्ट करके renew लेटर दिया(23/07/2023 को प्राप्त हुआ बीच में गया था लेटर्स मिल नहीं पा रहे थे )
इतना सबसे परेशान हो जाने पर मैंने निर्णय लिया की मैं दूसरे सर्विस सेण्टर पर सेर्विस कराऊंगा (क्यूंकि मेरी बाइक में पिकअप व बार बार बंद होने की समस्या हो रही थी )

present incident-: मैं सिंह टीवीस में दिव्यांश सिंह से मिलता हु उन्हें बाइक को सही करने के लिए कहता हूँ और वो मेरी बाइक को टेस्ट करा कर सर्विस के लिए अगले दिन बुलाते है
2 जुलाई को सुबह मैं बाइक को सिंह टीवीस शोरूम पर भेजता हूँ जिसमे मैं उनसे रिक्वेस्ट करता हूँ की आप सारी प्रोब्लेम्स को सही करा दीजिये
साम को जब बाइक लेने जाता हूँ तो मुझे बताया जाता है की आपकी बाइक पहले सही से सर्विस नहीं की गयी है जिसकी वजह से इसके इंजन में आवाज़ व पिक अप सही नहीं आ पा रहा है तो जब मैं उनसे solution पूछता हूँ तो वो मुझे सतगुरु टीवीस के लिए कंप्लेंट करने के लिए कहता है व प्रोब्लेम्स बताता है, कस्टमर केयर पर कंप्लेंट करने के बाद वो मुझे टाइमिंग चैन बदलने के लिए कहता है और रोहित का no. देता है मेरी टाइमिंग चैन बदल दी जाती है फिर भी उसके बाद मेरी बाइक के इंजन में आवाज़ पिक अप व क्लच की प्रॉब्लम होती है जिसके साथ साथ मेरी बाइक का राइट टैंक पैनल के स्क्रू भी टूटे हुए होते है मेरे द्वारा दिव्यांश से बाइक कैसे सही होगी पूछने पर वो मुझसे सतगुरु टीवीस की कंप्लेंट करने को कहता है और वही से वारंटी मिलेगी ये कहकर फिर दिव्यांश मुझे TSM देव दत्त जी का नो 4 जुलाई को देता है और उनसे कम्प्लेन करने को कहता है देवदत्त जी मेरी बात सागर जो की सतगुरु टीवीस के मालिक है उसने होती है और अस्वासन देते है की समाधान देगा सतगुरु टीवीस से मुझे राम जी का तुरंत कॉल आता है और मैं जब उसने पूछता हु सर आप मेरा कॉल क्यों नई उठा रहे थे तो वो ये कहते है की मैं आपका कॉल उठाने के लिए नहीं बैठा हूँ ये सुनकर मैं कॉल काट देता हूँ और सागर जी को व देव जी को इन्फॉर्म करता हूँ।
देव जी द्वारा समाधान न देने पर 7 जुलाई को मेरी बात ASM हिमांशु जी से होती है और मैं उनसे कहता हूँ की सर मैं सिंह टीवीस जाकर आपकी बात वह के लोगो से करवाता हूँ जो आपको मेरी बाइक में प्रोब्लेम्स बताएंगे मैं दिव्यांश के पास जाता हूँ जहा दिव्यांश मुझे असद जी के पास ले जाता है MACHENIC से मुझे मिलवाता है और MACHENIC से टेस्ट ड्राइव लेकर एक एक प्रॉब्लम कॉल पर बताने को कहते है हिमांशु जी को मैं कॉल करता हु और MACHENIC से बात करवाता हूँ तो हिमांशु जी असद जी मैनेजर से बात करने को कहते है और असद जी, हिमांशु सर व देव सर दोनों को प्रोब्लेम्स बताते है जो की इंजन की आवाज़ क्लच प्लेट व पैनल सब होती है और सर्विस करने को कहते है व असद जी हिमांशु जी से ये कहते है की उनके यहाँ सिर्फ टाइमिंग चैन डाली गयी है सर्विस नहीं की गयी है जिसका मैं विरोध करता हु मैं हिमांशु जी से ये कहकर कॉल काट देता हूँ की सर आपको 6 बजे कॉल करूँगा तब सलूशन दे देना आप, और मैं दिव्यांश से जब झूठ क्यों बोलै की सिर्फ टाइमिंग चैन डाली है सर्वे नहीं की मैं कस्टमर केयर पर कम्प्लेन आपकी भी करूँगा आपने झूठ बोलै है तोह वो असद जी के सामने मुझपर चिल्लाने लगता है और हाथ दिखा कर कहता है की एक तो आपकी सर्विस कर दी यही बहोत बड़ा एहसान कर दिया है आपको जो करना है करलो। मैं वह से चला आता हूँ 6 बजे जब मैं हिमांशु जी और देव सर को कॉल करता हूँ तो मुझे पता चलता है सिंह टीवीस वालो ने मेरे ऊपर इल्जाम लगाया है की मेने खुद उनसे कहा से झूठ बोल दो की बाइक में सब प्रोब्लेम्स है और खराब है जबकि बाइक में कुछ भी खराब नहीं है। और कॉल पर GM OF SHOWROOM और देव सर को लेकर असद और दिव्यांश झूठे आरोप लगाने लगते है और GM जवाब देते है की आप ऐसा करोगे तो आपकी कोई भी सर्विस नहीं दी जायेगी और कॉल काट देते है। ये सुनकर मैं परेशान होकर हिमांशु जी को कॉल करता हूँ और उन्हें सब बताता हूँ तो वो भी उनकी साइड ही लेने लगते है बार बार कॉल करने के बाद वो देव सर को कॉल पर लेकर किसी और सर्विस सेंटर बाइक चेक करने को कहते है जिस पर मुझे 11 जुलाई को ध्रुव टीवीस जो की 40 कम दूर है सुबह 11 बजे आने को कहते है। मैं बारिश में भीग कर वह जाता हूँ और अपनी बाइक चेक करता हूँ जहा मेरे द्वारा बताई एक एक प्रोब्लेम्स सच निकलती है और वो मेरी बाइक सही करने को कहते है। पर मेरे द्वारा जब उनसे मेरे ऊपर लगाए झूठे इल्जामों का क्या सलूशन देंगे पूछा जाता है तो वो इस पर कोई भी ANSWER नहीं देते है और ASM हिमांशु जी मेरी बाइक वारंटी में WITHOUT ANY PAYMENT सही करने को तैयार हो जाते है पर मुझसे बात करने को इंकार कर देते है। जिसकी वजह से मैं अपनी बाइक व जॉब कार्ड लेकर वापस आ जाता हूँ और वेट करता हु की वो कुछ टाइम में सलूशन प्रोवाइड कराएं पर उनका बार बार कॉल न उठाने व रिस्पांस न देने की वजह से मैं NATIONAL CONSUMER FORUM पर शिकायत करता हूँ जिस पर मेरे पास सय्यद जी का कॉल आता है और वो केस को इन्वेस्टीगेट करके सलूशन देने का आश्वासन देते है पर फिर कभी उनका कॉल नहीं आता है।
इसके बाद मुझसे सर्विस सेंटर TSM, ASM, TVS COSTUMER CARE & SHOWROOM सब ऐसे इग्नोर कर देते है जैसे मैं टीवीस का कस्टमर ही नहीं हूँ न कोई कॉल उठता है न कोई जवाब देता है जिसकी वजह से परेशान होकर मैं CONSUMER COURT जाता हूँ और फिर से कंप्लेंट करता हु पर बार बार वही होता है किसी का कोई रिस्पांस नहीं आता है।
मेरे द्वारा 22 जुलाई को MAIL ID पर फिरसे डिटेल्स शेयर की जाती है (kn.[protected]@tvsmotor.com, "Customer Care (S&S/Hosur/TVSMotor)", )
[protected]@scl.co. ) इन ईमेल पर, तब 23 जुलाई को हिमांशु जी का कॉल आता है और MANUPULATIVE लैंग्वेज में बात करने लगते है और मेरी बात सुनते भी नहीं है जिसपर मेरे द्वारा विरोध करने पर की आप मेरी बात तो सुनिए और सुना करिये तो मुझे वो मिस्बेहेवियर करेंगे तो हम बात नहीं कर्नेगे न कोई सलूशन देगा आपको, कहने लग जाते है।
फिर वो मुझसे दिव्यांश को निकाल देंगे और कॉल करवा कर माफ़ी मंगवाएंगे कहते है जिसकी जगह पर मैं टीवीस की तरफ से माफीनामा लिखित मैं मांगता हूँ तो वो बात करके बताने का अस्वासन देते है.
उसके 3 घंटे बाद दिव्यांश मुझे दूसरे NO. से कॉल करके माफ़ी व जॉब से निकाले जाना का कॉल करता है (कॉल पर साफ़ पता चल रहा होता है की ये सिर्फ मुझे दिखने के लिए किया जा रहा है ) और 3 बार कॉल करता है जिसपर मैं उसे कॉल करने के लिए मना कर देता हूँ ।
टीवीस शोरूम और कंपनी के पर्सन द्वारा साफ पता चलता है की वो IGNORE व जैसे तैसे मुझे गलत साबित करने का प्रयास कर रहे है
जबकि मेरे द्वारा बताई गयी एक एक बात सच व गवाह के साथ प्रस्तुत की गयी है।
मैं एक सिंपल लिविंग पर्सन और मेरे पापा ने मुझे ये बाइक गिफ्ट की थी बर्थडे पर, ये बात मैंने बार बार सबके सामने रखी पर किसी को SOLUTION नहीं देना है बस गलत साबित करके केस सॉल्व करना है सबको।
टीवीस कंपनी से मेरा भरोसा पूरी तरह से उठ चुका है 0.000001 परसेंट भी मुझे अब टीवीस कंपनी में इंटरेस्ट नहीं रहा है
इन सब का कारण कंपनी का रिस्पांस, व्यवहार एंड बाइक में टेक्निकल प्रोब्लेम्स है।
अभी चार दिन पहले मेरी बाइक बीच रोड पर बंद हो जाती है जिससे सामने वाली बाइक आकर मेरे हाथ लड़ती है और मुझे चोट लग जाती है। मेरी बाइक स्टार्ट न होने पर वह के लोग धक्का लगा कर मेरी बाइक स्टार्ट करते है और मैं तब घर आता हूँ ।
अब टीवीस की बाइक में प्रोब्लेम्स होने की वजह या प्रोब्लेम्स किये जाने की वजह से मेरी जान पर बन आये तो इसका जिम्मेदार कौन होगा ?
कल अगर यही एक्सीडेंट हाईवे पर बाइक बंद होने की वजह से हो जाए तो उसके जिम्मेदार टवस कंपनी होगी?
मेरा टीवीस के साथ एक्सपीरियंस खराब रहा या लोगों ने खराब कर दिया ये आप खुद कर मुझे समस्या का समाधान उच्च स्तर पर देने का कष्ट करें हिमांशु जी और टीवीस के जिन लोगो से मेरी बात अभी तक हुई है उनसे बेहतर लोगो से मुझे बात करनी और सीनियर डिपार्टमेंट या कंपनी के जो भी हाई प्रोफाइल पर्सन है वो मेरी बाइक को सीरियसली आकर चेक करके समाधान प्रदान करें
हिमांशु जी और बाकी सभी तरह न मैं MANIPULATE LANGUAGE बना सकता हूँ और न ही मुझे सिंह टवस के एंप्लॉयीज की तरह झूठ बोलने की आदत है
कंपनी के हायर पर्सन सलूशन देने का कष्ट करें
पूरे केस में मैं एक बाइक की वजह से SUFFER कर रहा हु यहाँ से वह कभी बारिस में भीग कर जाओ तो कभी बाइक बंद हो जाने पर एक्सीडेंट कभी INSURANCE के लिए भाग कर जाओ कभी BATTERY के लिए
कंपनी के लोगो व शोरूम के लोगो द्वारा मुझे बेवजह परेशान करके ये दिखाया जा रहा है की कस्टमर का बेहेवियर ही खराब है जिसके लिए उनके द्वारा कॉल न उठाना बातो को घुमाना और गलत बताना, कस्टमर की न सुनकर अपनी कहना यही सब एजेंडा फॉलो किया जा रहा है मुझे कंपनी के सीनियर पर्सन डायरेक्टली कांटेक्ट करके जल्द से जल्द सलूशन देने का कष्ट करें अथवा मैं ये मान लूंगा की कंपनी कोई भी रिस्पांस नहीं देना चाहती और न ही अपनी गलती मानना चाहती है फिर चाहे मुझे जितना भी टाइम लगे या कितना भी केस करना पड़े मैं करूँगा इस बीच बाइक की तकनिकी खराबी की वजह से मेरा एक्सीडेंट या कुछ भी होता है उसके जिम्मेदार टीवीस कंपनी व शोरूम के सभी लोग होंगे जिन्होंने मेरी बाइक की ये हालत की है

I'm santhosh.Last month on 5th June, I bought Apache - 1602 V bike.
Within a month of purchase, the top of the engine started leaking oil.
The service technician at Devakottai NNL TVS Motors service center, where I bought the bike, checked my bike and told me to disassemble the engine top of the bike.
I told him that if I take apart the engine of my bike within a month of buying it, the bike will be wasted. He took it to the owner of NNL TVS Motors.
When I asked him about the problem, he said it was a manufacturing defect and did not give proper answers.
The administration insulted me.
Due to this, even after buying a bike for 1, 45, 000, I became very upset.
Therefore, I request TVS Motor Company to take this repaired bike and pay me Rs 1, 45, 000 or a new bike.

I have taken the bike to the showroom for 8 days now, as I am not getting the material of the bike, no more work has been done on the bike please provide material for Apache rtr 200

Message *: I have been having Handle problems from the starting. Very hard handle (tight) while riding, raised this complaint during the 1st service & subsequent visit, but no solution. Request TVS to resolve this urgently and not involve Sree Tulasi Dealer as they are not able to resolve the complaint.

I have brought a TVS Jupiter Zx from TVS - Arunagiri Motors on 07 July 2023. The free helmet is not provided during purchase, as per the Government rules. It was stated that the helmet will be provided within a week. However, no helmet is provided so far and they are commenting that it is yet to be delivered to them. Firstly, I am unable to ride the bike due to unavailability of helmet as I am not interested in paying fines to traffic police. Secondly, it is against the established rule. So either ask the dealer to provide the helmet or take back the bike along with full refund.

My TVS Sport bike's first service is due. Despite of being free, the dealer is charging me more than the engine oil price. Also the dealer is not following the standard servicing process prescribed by TVS. I have been told to wait for 15 minutes and oil will be changed and I can take the bike while the real servicing takes more time to do the standard Bike Chekup.

Due to hike in vehicle price it's beyond my financial budget.

My name is M.K.Durga Rao, I have booked TVS Iqube on[protected] and paid Rs5000/- at "Devi Motors", Beside Annapurna theatre, Tatipaka, Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Konaseema District, Andhra Pradesh.

On the day of booking the dealer said, I will get the vehicle with in 3 weeks (21days), but days have passed and there was no update regarding my booking and after trying to reach them multiple times by phone they simply said please wait we don;t know the status of your booking and we will contact you when we get to know about your booking. Now more than 3 months have passed and when I contacted the dealer today i.e., on[protected], regarding my booking they said your booking has been cancelled and said no reason for the cancellation. I asked them to give the reason why they have cancelled my booking, but the dealer is refusing to give any form of reason for cancelling my tvs iQube booking.
I waited more than 3 months to get the "TVS iQUBE Electric Scooter" and wasted my time and effort reaching the dealer and now they have cancelled my booking without giving any prior information and also they are not giving any reason for cancellation as well. So they are fooling the public by wasting the time and effort. Pls do the needful in this case and rectify my problem.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against TVS Motor Company regarding the recent purchase of my motorcycle TVS Ronin from 'Professional Wheels LLP, Bund Garden, Pune' on 19th June 2023.

I purchased TVS Apache 4v bike from Murali TVS Bommasandra Bangalore in June 2022 but I got to know that the bike was manufactured in 2021 they sold it for 164000 for me how can sell 1 year old bike for the price of 2022. I wanted to sell my bike it is very inconvenient for me to ride, I have clearly told my problem to sales execute that I have back pain and need good suspension bike infact this bike is very hard suspension. I request you to help me get my bike returned to same show room and get another bike at reasonable buy back price. I trust TVS WILL NOT CHEAT CUSTOMERS.

I am facing the problem or fuel tank lid . When ever it’s raining some amount of water get inside the lid of ### tank and then it goes inside the fuel tank.

Our scooty tvs zest 110 met with an accident 1 month ago . It's front dome part was damaged . We have asked in chirala tvs showroom. But they didn't take any action an no proper response was given . So I want to raise a complaint. Please do the needful

I purchased TVS Jupiter from Hemanth TVS, Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore. The delivery was scheduled on 8th June and I went to pick up the vehicle and dropped back immediately after riding for a short distance. The scooter is sliding towards the right while riding and body fittings are not at all in proper positions. I am totally disappointed with delivering a defective scooter to a customer. When asked back why these appeared to executives, they mentioned its from TVS and that's how the vehicle is. They tried to misguide me showing other vehicles to look at how fittings are. To keep the matter short and clear, the quality of demo scooters parked in the showroom is completely different from scooter delivered to me. Though I have informed Hemanth TVS head, Nagesh, I would also like to keep everyone informed about the same. The below contacts call themselves as TVS head but of no use
