Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my strong dissatisfaction with the extremely poor service and unprofessional behaviour I experienced at your showroom on 06/04/2025
Here are the key details of my complaint:
• Vehicle Model: TVS RAIDER DISC

• Job Card Number : 41544
• Date of Visit/Service: 06/04/2025
Despite bringing my vehicle in for servicing, my bike was completely ignored and no service was carried out. One of the main issues I reported — a "handle wobble" problem — was also not addressed. I repeatedly mentioned the issue, but was completely sidelined throughout the process.
What’s more disappointing is the rude and disrespectful behaviour of the floor manager, Mr. Koushik Aich. His attitude towards me was unacceptable and unprofessional. Instead of assisting me or resolving the issue, he ignored my concerns and failed to offer any kind of support.
This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied with TVS's service standards. I trusted your brand, but the treatment I received was far from what any customer deserves.
I request that immediate action be taken in the following areas:
• Investigation into why my vehicle was ignored and left unserviced
• Resolution of the handle wobble issue at the earliest
• Action against the unprofessional behavior of Mr. Koushik Aich
• A written explanation or update on the steps being taken
