Hi, I had Purchased Jupiter 125 on july 2022 from G S TVS Ghaziabad total self pay not in finaced. I got accident near GS Motors on 16 th oc 22. Becoz accident happened near service centre so i take my Jupitor there for repair as per Mr Rajesh who is taking care Insurance dept he told if i pay in cash then it will be repaired within week and if i go through same in insurance then it will take more then week .
I was pay huge amount for insurance and my vehicle is only 03 months old so why i pay in cash so i decided to repair in insure and pay Rs 500 as Mr Rajesh Said its a Processing fee.
After 2 week i follow up for my vehicle then he replied that its not done ... Continuously i was following and 30 days passes then Mr Rajesh said parts are not provided by TVS to GS branch that's why delaying..its really surprising if i pay cash then parts available if i avail insurance then parts not avail becose its new model .
After 40 days continuously i was following for my vehicle then he said i[censored] want then take ur vehicle and still 02 parts are not provided by TVS all Clearnace done insurence already paid for same but parts not available .. becose i am use to my vehicle for my ofc up down so i take my Jupitor with pending parts not today date 29th Nov 22 still i m following for my vehicle repair which payment is already done through Insurance but agency staff making excuse i think there is no one who taking care their customers problems all are busy only to make fake bills and getting aprovals ...
