TVS — Noise Issue from TV Jupiter

First date of incident : Oct 10-20th 2021.
Client Number : Logesh Automobile Pvt Ltd Medavakkam, Chennai - 600100.
Description : Issue with noise while driving the vehicle. Sound/noise coming from my TVS Jupiter which was bought on Nov 2020 keeps on increasing.

Diagnosis : Still final diagnosis in progress.
1) First time dropped vehicle on Oct 2021 and service center has did initial analysis and an assumption was made that silencer is the one which needs to be changed. Silencer is getting ordered and i will be informed once silencer arrives in dealer.
2) Service center called me multiple times to check on service rendered (None of them are aware about the issue on silencer, everytime i asked them to check with service advisor about my vehicle, constant reply that they would get back but none of them did).
3) I went back to sevice center on around Nov 20th timeline and asked them about silencer and shocked to know that new one arrived a week after oct 20th and no one informed me or service receptionist is not aware.
4) After that i dropped vehicle for fixing the sliencer and check for noise if its getting cancelled and then also do service and give it to me. I dropped vehicle on 29th Nov (attached is the gate pass).
5. I came to know on 30th Nov afternoon that new silencer change wasnt avoiding the noise. Logesh tvs service center wanted to wait till someone from TVS gives suggestion.
6. On 1st of Dec - now the new story/assumption that issue was with Crank shaft/bearing, it has to be changed - Now whats timeline - no idea when new crank shaft/bearing will arrive. I picked up vehicle and asked them to call me when part arrives.
7. No call on 2nd of Dec and no resposne to my calls on 2nd of dec (whole day).
8. On dec 3rd, i escalated the issue to higher official in dealer and then explained about the issue, now service advisor comes in call and assures me to drop vehicle by Saturday (Dec 4th) and they will return on Dec 6th.
I said, i cant because need vehicle by weekend.
9. Service advisor said i cannot get spare vehicle and only way is to drop vehicle on 06th dec morning and i can take vehicle by evening.
10. Now i keep calling service advisor (not picking up the call), calling service receptionist they say, advisor is on leave. But i went directly to center and now advisor is asking to bring vehicle on Dec 8th because they have more work.
11. Issue is still going on...
