TVS — Tvs iqube

I had booked and paid full amount fortvs iqube on 06 Sep 23 by this mail id and mobile number [protected]. And agency agreed to deliver scooter in 6 days but today they refused to delivery and not provided any detail. It's my humble request not able to fulfill order. Request to refund si that I can go for another one. Chat screen shot agency person attached. I had called another I qube agency in chandkgeda they agreed to provide 5 days . Request you to do needful on priority.
