[Resolved] TVS Tyres — problem with tvs tyre

I took honda activa in sept 2017 where in both the tyres are of tvs company (Tvs contra). Recently after 15, 000 kms my bike tyre pressure (Back wheel) was becoming less every 3 rd day whenever i used to fill tyre pressure.

I contacted local activa dealer from whom i purchaed activa on 29th june and they informed me that they can replace tyre only if the kms are upto 10, 000.

Request you to kindly advice if the tvs contra tyre is having lifetime warranty as other tyre companies are giving and also request you to compensate me for the same as i had to purchase new tyre from other tyre company.

It looks like you are just buying time so that customer gets fed up & your issue is resolved. You if are really interested then I would have got response from your customer care.

I expected this from TVS Tyres the way you are handling my complaint for past one month.
