I want to tell you that I buy a product Hair instyler with bumpits Rs.2740.00 from Tvteleshopping Laxmi Nagar New Delhi India ph:[protected]. Order No. T06140147, date:- 13/06/2014. I recive product but its not working & i courier it back to tvteleshopping for exchange by vayu-seva courier service 39, malviya market, G.T. road Aligarh on 20/10/214. But when i call them they didn' t response me that what happened with my product . Please help me. ThankThankyou.

    I purchased Morning CHI Morning walker from you on 21st December. two days back the Rubber rest on which we keep our legs was completely broken in to two halves. When i have complained to TV teleshopping they told we cannot do anything as it is more than six months old. I have the paper which says 1 yr warranty. When I told this she just disconnected the phone. If this is the way we should not buy anything from them. I want immediate reply. regards

      This is the worst site to buy something. First they will promise something and don't deliver at right time. They do not have facility to track your order. The customer care executives are not well behaved and ready to help you. And moreover they don't have a manner and disconnect the phone according to their wish.

        I brought the 5-in-1 Velvet Sofa here: http://www.tvteleshopping.com/velvet_5_in_1_sofa The order was placed 2 weeks ago and so far no response came from company and no one called me. I called a week ago and they said the order is not there but they will ship it and I will receive in 2-4 days. This was mentioned through the mail id as well: [protected]@tvteleshopping.com. Today I call, 2 weeks later, and they say the order will be dispatched on Monday. There is no proper way to follow this up and I have to wait for another 2 weeks I guess. How to resolve this?

            Hi Team, I ordered Dermaseta product online through website:dermasetaindia.I received the product on 23rd April2014 and when i checked it there were no attachment, no rechargable batteries and the rotating machine was defective piece .I had already paid Rs.1500 on cash.When i am trying to call them they are talking very rudely and disconnecting my call.Please take strict action against these big frauds.I enquired about the teleshopping company it seems to be a fraud one.they are providing a fake receipt with address Teleshopping product 460, regional tower mumbai andheri east.this is the fake address which doesn't exist.I had 2 customer care no.as [protected]&[protected].these two number is of punjab.Please take quick action & help me out in catching these fraudies else they will keep on cheating innocent people.                 I ordered a Camera Pen from TV teleshopping in Oct 2013. I received the package promptly, but the camera DID NOT WORK!
                Initially, I thought that perhaps I did not know the proper operating procedure, since there was no instruction manual. So I phoned them and they sent the manual. But it still DID NOT WORK, because the product was faulty.
                I made several complaints via phone and e-mail, but there has been NO RESOLUTION. I must've wasted several hours and hundreds of rupees on STD calls to their call centre.
                Every time on the phone they assure that there will be a call back in 72 hours, but NOBODY EVER CALLS BACK.
                I FEEL TV TELESHOPPING IS JUST CHEATING PEOPLE, BY TAKING MONEY AND GIVING DUD PRODUCTS!

                  i have purchased hair styler online on 2 January 2014 with option of cash on delivery payment. It reached to my home on 17th January 2014.i made the payment and received the parcel.on opening and checking i found the product defective with it's rotating rod jammed. i immediately made a complaint on phone:[protected] .they told me to call in thier morning hours. so on 18th January i made a call on the same no. at 11 am..they assured of the product getting replaced. so i sent the product on their laxmi nagar delhi office on 18th January 2014..they have not yet sent it back to me..it has been more than 3 months now from the date of purchase.                     I bought the slim fit with straps from teleshopping for 2700/- three weeks ago and received the wrong product and also of very bad quality. I ordered this same product 3 years back and the product was fantastic. This time I am very disappointed. One slim fit i received is strapless and other one is with straps but of low quality brand. I regret for spending too much money on this. I am thinking of sending this product back. I feel like i got betrayed from teleshopping. Please this complaint seriously. I ready to spend money ... but need the right product. Pls don't betray your customers like this. I have lost faith in teleshopping.

                      Hi my name in Mrs Bhanshali and my husband had ordered an Instyler from teleshopping and they were giving free gifts which we never received.We called them many times but they never give the phone to their manager and also my hair got damaged after using the product.Last I spoke to a lady named Rimjim from their company and I told her to refund the money back she refused and didnt even allow me to speak to her manager.She was so rude that later I also got rude and spoke to her and had to abuse her because of the way she was talking.When there are so many complaints against the teleshopping products why are these channels showing them and making the public fool.Why isnt any action taken against them.Please reply

                          I feel that these people running a online business and making people fool by sending them damage pecies, I have purchased a sofa cum bed on date 19/03/2013 which cost me 4500rs .My order no 509. When I opened that parcel I found that there is a cut in the bed side airbed and the air is leaking , I have called those people atleast 40 times that day then for next 4 days also but no response, even didn't picked up the call,I am still waiting for the resolution and expect the sales licence should canceled for such fake companies

                          Tv Teleshopping — False Claim

                          Ordered for a product on 6th April online called Nicer Dicer, received the same on 8th April around 3 p.m. The claim by the company regarding the performance of the product is completely false. Sub-standard product, cannot even cut a tamato.

                            This is worst road shap company ever come across. I bought spy pen camera by paying 1600 rs but its not functioning.
                            I replaced for one time by paying charges 300/- Rs for courier but they returns non functional camera again.

                            Now I complained/call for at least 60-70 times but don't respond. Don't buy any product from them.

                              Total useless site. in most of the cases they send very poor quality product and make fool to customers. I purchased a nicer & dicer and it was really surprize for me when we saw the product. total useless, not able to cut even fruits and every time blades came out from nicers. I called to teleshopping people and they responding that product is not refundable and you need to set the blade every time when it came out. I don't know what type of services they are providing. Total Bakbaas site. We should communicate to all that they are doing false commitment and after sales service is nothing so nobody should purchase anything from this site. Shashi

I tried calling then however they are nEither ready to replace or repair. I have been following up with them for long. Please help

                                  Today at 19.00 Hrs. I received one more shipment against my complaint
                                  as replacement of my broken received Big Mop bucket. When opened the
                                  package, I surprised when I saw one more Big Mop complete with one
                                  more broken bucket. It seems that your whole consignment of this
                                  product is defective with broken buckets and nobody is checking the
                                  product before dispatch. The quality control is poor of your site.
                                  please stop selling at least this item through your TV teleshopping and
                                  save your clients from being cheated. I purchased many items from
                                  Tradus, Flipkart, ebay, homeshop18 etc sites but this was my first
                                  experience with TV teleshopping and it is too bad. Please see the
                                  Pictures of both broken buckets attached with this mail. Please
                                  arrange to collect both these waste broken Big Mops and arrange for
                                  the refund of the same as now I can no more believe that I can get one
                                  intact bucket from Tv teleshopping. Although I got Two Mops against
                                  the cost of one but both of them are useless without safe bucket. I
                                  believe you do not have any single piece of safe bucket with this Mop
                                  in your stock and you are cheating the customers by selling this
                                  defective product. Please do needful or else I will go for some other
                                  alternatives.

                                    I bought Big Mop on 24.02.13 through Debit card. I received it on 28.02.13 at 19.30 hrs. The package was intact but when opened the the package the bucket of Big Mop found broken and it also seems to be used one. I immediately informed to customer care of TV teleshopping on phone and also emailed the complaint with photographs of broken & used received item. Till date no satisfactory response received from TV teleshopping in-spite of several reminders of my complaint. Today on 07.03.13 when talked to customer care on phone the care person told me to first return the broken item. In such case What the Tv teleshopping will do with this waste broken bucket ? and also who will bear the cost of return shipping. Is this a correct way to make goodwill among online buyers. Please arrange for replacement of broken received item with reverse pick up of broken item if the company desires. My Order No. T02130675 of date 24.02.13..

                                      I have purchased a MORNING WALKER online from TV Teleshopping. My order number was T01130678 on dt. 26/01/2013, I received the product on 30/01/2013. On very first day I found it's remote control timer defective & after three days o[censored]sing it two number bolt fell down and nuts inside the product. On 04/02/2013 when i dialed their 24 x 7 complaint number [protected] i have been told that they will contact me on 05/02/2013 but till 08/02/2013 they haven't contacted me., and when i reminded them about my complaint they have given me comp. no. 451040 and again on 09/02/2013 they called back and after asking everything about defect they told me to send back the product. When i asked them what is my responcibility to send it back, they told that it is my own responcibility to send it back,and after inspection they will replace it.
