I have ordered Air Sofa Bed on 17th Nov and received the product by register post on 24th Nov. In the same day, we tried to fill the air on that. Then we saw air was leaking from 7 places and contacted to customer care of Tv Tele shopping and put complained about this issue on the same day.
I didn't get any calls from TV Teleshopping.
If i called every time, they simply told we will call you in another 24 hours. But no body called me from TV Teleshopping.
After few days, Keep on calling the, Then they gave one direct number.
If I called that(Direct No:[protected], One lady picked the call. She doesn't know english, only knows Hindi.
I asked my friend to talk with her in hindi, then she asked us again fill the air and try again..
She doesn't know anything about this...already we observed air was leaking from the 7 places.why we have to fill the air and have to try again..
after that I called to customer care number[protected], one guy forwarded my call to one senior guy. Then that senior guy also told the same thing (Surely let me take responsibility and call you in another 24 hours).. this was really illiterate. This like company should not continue in India.
Any one should take very strong case against them
When I ordered, I told my name ' Balamuralikrishna. But They wrongly noted as 'Moja Mali Krishna'
and They didn't send any SMS and mail at all.(So thatStill I didn't know my order Id).
When I ordered, One guy attended my call, He only received my order(His name is Ravi)
After checking my courier, then only I came to know, They noted my name as 'Moja Mali Krishna'

Even though, There is warranty for 6 months, I am not able get the replacement.
