Hello, sir i was also get trapped in this typing job company now they are sending me the message that they will take legal actions on me as i was given work on 11th september, 2019 but the last submission date was written on the site was 17th september, 2019 as per the contract it was for 7days it should be 18th september, 2019 and sending me this type of messages what should i do now to get away from these fraud company which is not helpful. You are not working as per the daily target. Your last date is near else you have to pay the charge of 6000/- as per the contract to avoid legal action.

Hi,
This has come to our notice that you did not submit the work with desired accuracy even after bounded with the contract terms. As per the contract you have agreed upon certain terms such as, to complete 800 forms with 90% accuracy within the stipulated time of 7 days but you are failed to do so and which is why we have incurred losses. We provided you the work at no cost for the quality work from your end however, you have let us down.
Now, as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the legal agreement you are supposed to pay the penalty of Rs 6000 (4000 portal charges+ 2000 rs penalty amount) as soon as possible to the below mentioned account. We have to transfer this amount to our end client for not submitting their project with accuracy and on given period of time otherwise it will lead to legal consequences.

I have received a call from their mobile number[protected]. The concerned person who is holding this number makes a call to me 8 to 9 times to assure me that they require a person for their typing job (data entry). As i am also in need of some work. They told me to provide my email-id and id, address proof to them so that they will send me my work detail. After getting my details they send me login-id and password to do work. From the very next day they started sending me messages on my mobile that i am not working as per the daily target. Your last date is near else you have to pay the charge of 3999/- as per the contract to avoid legal action. Due to my eyes problem i can't complete their work on time.. Now they are sending messages on my mobile that they are taking legal action against me in Surat court(Gujarat). They have also logged an FIR against me (FIR.no - AGR/BR/0911/L69) under act - IPC 73, 74, 75, 465 and saying that clear the project loss amount of 10000=00 and avoid legal action.

Hi sir, i got a message regarding work from home and earn 20k per month then i call on that number named megha hr [protected] then she told me that i have to do daily some work for typing so i have to give aadhar card photo n login with below link and sign there for start a job, n after two days i recieved a message that you are not working as per the daily target. Your last date is near else you have to pay the charge of 3999/- as per the contract to avoid legal action... But she never showed any form like this nor told me about this is clear fraud running in jaipur please register my complaint n take action cause they are threating me for pay money.

They asked me to fill 800forms in 8 days buy it was impossible to do because data they had provided it's way writing was very tough it could not b completed easily so I refuse to do that then they started asking Fr penalty and if I refuse to pay they will take legal action now they r sending mails n messages regarding case n asking me to hire a lawyer but I how read so many complaints about this fraud. Please tell what should I do

Sir I only did a sign as we do while taking home delivery of online products. And it was a A PDF file of 4 page & first page had 100Rs. Stamp paper (coloured pic). Now after long time a person called me nd said u breached contract, now u have to pay 6000 or they will start arbitration and legal process.

This company is giving type tasks to people with the targets and penalty clause. Knowing that people will fail to deliver the task and would be forced to pay the penal charges. My wife also was approached for a task and later was asked to pay penalty charges of 6000. Charges have been paid but this is a clear case of these people duping the innocent people on the pretext of giving work assignments. I will parallely lodge a complaint with the anti fraud cell.

regarding fake form filling
Sir, once i got a call from [protected] this number and they said u can work from home and get 25k by filling 800 forms in 7 days. Firstly, i refused to do this work but this man continuosly tried to convince me to do this work. Later, i got convinced because i need money so i thought may be this will not be fake. Sir i was unable to complete these forms, i had completed only 650 forms because the language was totally confusing but still i tried. They took my adhar card pic and got digital sign on the contract in which they were saying i need to pay 3999 if i'll fail to complete with 90%accuracy but now they are saying that i need to pay 3999 + 2000 as a penalty. Sir and now as i had searched it on google, it is showing so many fraud cases but in the beginning of this work when i saw this work on google, it was not showing such fraud things. Sir even they had not sent me the qc report. Please help me to resolve this case as i am unable to pay this amount. Now i had got a legal threat message from this number

Sir मैं A N Pandey मेरे फ्रेंड के मोबाइल पर कई दिनों से मैसज एंड कॉल आ रही थी कि ऑनलाइन काम करे और कमाएं 28000 प्रति सप्ताह लेकिन काम क्या करना है कैसे करना है नियम एवं कंडीशन क्या क्या है जब मेरे द्वारा [protected] पे काल किया और काम के बारे में जानकारी मांगी तो कहा गया कि आप अपनी एक ID एवं अपना बव्हाट्स अप्प नंबर भेजे मैंने जिज्ञाशा ओर लालच वश सबकुछ वैसा ही करता गया जैसा मुझे बताया गया फिर एक लिंक मेरे व्हाट्स एप्प पे आया जिसको एक्टिव डिजिटल नाम लिखकर किया जाना था एक्टिव करते ही एक लॉगिन पासवर्ड आया साथ ही दो मैसेज आये जिसमे लिखा था कि अगर काम समय पर नहीं किया तो 4000 रुपए पेनाल्टी देनी होगी मैंने जैसे ही ये पढ़ा मैंने तुरंत व्हाट्स व ईमेल एवम काल करके काम करने से साफ मना किया कि इस कंडीशन के साथ काम नहीं कर सकता हु यह सुनते ही उधर से जवाब आया अब तो आप मेरे जाल में फस गए हो आप 4000 रुपए जमा करदो नही तो हम लीगल कार्यवाही करेंगे बार बार फोन करके गालियां देते है sir pls help me

I applied for online job at quick.com. I recieved a call from no: [protected] company Typejobs.in and i was told that i have to fill 800 forms and will get 35/rs per form. I said ok. Than they send me link with user and and id and told me login and digitally sign the agreement. when i go to the site my browser told me that its not safe site to login. So i close the site and didnt login. I understood that its a fake site. after 10 mins i got mail that thanks for signing in the workload has been uploaded and you have complete that work load withing told time else i have to 6000 penelty. I said i neither logged in nor signed any agreement than how could they send me the work. They said it is send and you have to this else you will be penalized. than it got call from [protected] where they threatened me that either complete the job or get ready for the penality or court case.

Today, I got a call from Chirag named employee of the company typejobs.in and explained me about this work and asked for aadhar card and email id . I given my details and then he gave me the login id and password, They are saying I have to complete 800 forms in 7 days . And then they will pay ₹35 per form . First he told me if you backout the work in middle then you have to pay 4000 now they are saying if will not able to complete the accuracy of 90% of accuracy then you have to pay the penalty . This man is writing 100% truth. They did the same thing to me and so many other people out. I haven’t signed any agreement with them and they didn’t tell me anything about penalties before. They approached under the name “type jobs “ from Gujarat with this address *A903, Royal Trade Centre, Opp, Star Bazaar, Adajan, Surat, Gujarat 395009*
This is a big scam company running by some frauds. I hope it will get it all back soon by Indian court .
