U. S. Polo Assn — misbehavior of staff when requested for exchange.

I have bought few clothes from u. S. Polo assn store (Durgakund, varanasi, u. P. Branch) on 20 jan 2019 billed rs. 7117. Unfortunately one of them has a size issue. I visited to store on same day. But they refused to exchange and the sales person named rajan and billing person argued with me very rudely. They told that you shouldn’t buy cloths from here. I never expected this kind of misbehavior from a reputed company like u. S. Polo. It was my worst experience from a clothing store. I request from the senior persons of the company to look into this. Otherwise losing customers will not take much time due to this kind of immature staffs.
