U. S. Polo Assn — Regarding defect is the U. S. Polo shoe

Near about 2 months ago in december 2016, i have purchased a grey white color shoe o[censored]. S polo from the reliance shoe store located in elante mall, chandigarh.
It's price was rs2200 and model number is w16smft001-8. After wearing for 2 months, the white color sole from the shoe starts separating because of the ineffectiveness of the gum paste. Moreover the shoe from one side it just peels off and the thread work came out.
So i have gone to the store for this particular damage but the store manager said that they can only paste out the sole but can't do anything with the hole on the shoe. I have purchased the same article shoe with blue color for my brother and the same problem of the sole occurs on that shoe too but at that time the store manager has replaced it with another shoe. But this time they are not giving any particular response to my problem.
So i want either my shoe should be replaced or my money should be refunded as i am totally fed up of all these issues o[censored]. S. Polo products. My issue should be resolved as earlier as possible otherwise i have to take another crucial step.
