On 29/09/2017 i traveled from bsk stage ii to jp nagar 9th phase in uberpool. Cab no: 5278 silver indica. The given quotation was 49 /-.
But the driver has stopped the trip in the middle, because he has to pick some one from jayanagar 9th block. So i got charged for 126 /-, because i dropped before the selected dest.
But i did not drop, the driver has stopped the trip and he dropped my at my actual destination itself and driver told that they refund the marginal amount 126 - 49 = 77 /-
When i raised a request to revert the amount i was told that as you dropped/stopped the trip ahead of the destination, we are charging ubergo charges.
This is not about money but how drivers or uber itself is looting their customers. I want to warn many other uber users about this fraud. Was this information helpful? |
