Uber Cab — Account suspended without any proof

They have stopped the account without any proof copy and same I had requested to provide the proof copy against which my account stopped by them but said details not provided yet as this is pending for last 7 months and had sent approx. 200 mails to them but no update rcvd from them. Same issue also raised in the consumerhelpline and Complaint No. - 278384 but they did not respond on this . I have sent same mails to [protected]@uber.com, [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@uber.com

Pl help on this.

Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by kapil dev Awasthi still no revert rcvd from them. is there any policy which customer can get the update from them.
