I ordered 1chicken thali & 2 rotis extra. I was supposed to get 5 rotis in total (3 in thali & 2 extra) but i only got delivered with 2 rotis. And i contacted their customer support in app but they only replied with "sorry for your inconvenience". But what about my money. They should refund me atleast some of my money for incomplete order. It's not my mistake, it's their mistake. I want my refund.

I booked a Uber cab at Terminal-1 of IGI delhi on dated 17.11.2019 at 11:47 pm ( screen shot attached).i was waiting for the cab about 15 mins but cab driver not came and was not responding on phone. after 20-25 mins application was showing ride completed at location other than my destination even i have not seen the cab and charged Rs.550.37.
