Uber Eats — regarding refund

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600017

On 2nd november, i ordered a food from ubereats through online using my indian bank debit card. Money has been debited from my account for that order. Suddenly i got a message by saying "your order cancelled" also the amount (Rs. 124) will credit back to your account soon but nothing happened. Pls check i will attach the screen shot of my transaction.

It has been more than 10 days and I have reached several times to Uber, but they are not activating my account, which they have flagged and banned, they just mentioned it's a technical glitch from there side, but they still have not resolved it.
