Uber — Fare was overcharged

Hi Team,

I had taken a ride in Mumbai. But from when the journey started, the auto rickshaw was having some technical issues. Hence, I dropped within the 1 km, but I have been charged for the full journey fare.

I have raised the query, and Uber support confirmed that it will be refunded, but still the same has not been processed. It's been more than 2 months now, and support representatives keep changing, and even after multiple follow-ups, nothing progresses. Please help to escalate the same.
