I asked for a ride in the morning. The driver who responded was rude and not ready to talk and understand the location. When, I tried to make him understand he was not ready to listen and he advised me to call for another vehicle. I repeat, HE ADVISED ME TO CALL ANOTHER VEHICLE. As result of this, I got late for the office, had to wait for an auto and suffered .
On top of this, despite the unethical attitude of your driver, you penalised me by adding cancellation charges in my return trip.
Return these charges immediately to my account or I will be compelled to go to the consumer court.
