Uber India — bad uber service I want refund | |||||
I jitendra sarang senior citizen had booked uber today for first time to kokilaben hospital. The uber didnt arrive nor did driver respond hence i had to travek by auto. Further i got msg from uber service (Thank tou for tour ride) when i didnt travel hiw can i get such messge also i send request for cancellation. If i am charged for today for no services offered i refuse to pay for this. Kindly consider this cancellation and hope to get beter services next time from you. Was this information helpful? | |||||

When once the ride was costing 100rs no the rides are nearly 200Rs. No cost breakup is provided. Every ride surge has been added even if it is not peaktime. Even the pick up time is delayed there is no apologies but charges customer if there is delay in reaching the pick up location.

Trip was on 06/07/17. It was a Card selected drive. But, due to network problem, I have paid Cash. Later Rs.102 was recovered from whatever existing Credit and rest is shown as pending amount. I can see Rs.51.35 as pending.
