Uber India — blackmailed by the driver for money for returning the lost item.

Sir,
Yesterday while i was traveling by a uber cab one of my bag containing books and documents left in the car. When i called the driver he refuses to come over thereto return the bag. And he gave me an address to collect the bag in exchange of 1000 rupees. I went there and collect the bag by giving him the mentioned amount. As a student its so hard manage such a big amount. Please help me in this regard to get the money back. I am mentioning the details of the car below.
