Uber India — cab a.c. not working and can in bad condition

During my last trip to guru ramdas marg on 26th dec. 2017 i found that cab ac was not working and on complaining i was indicated by bablu driver that in winter people do not ask for a. C. And also cost of repair is high. From car situation it looked that this a. C. Was down for many months. During such a polluted weather this is a cheating and on cost of driver uber should refund my whole money on account of defocient service. Look forward to a favourable response.
