Uber India — Cab booking canceled & charged | |||||
Last month i booked uber cab twice. One is around 3am & other one is around 11.30pm.in both cases driver denied the booking (I don't know the reason). I called them many times which obviously takes more than 5 mins. They deducted 63.6/- in both bookings individually without any mistake from my-side through my paytm account. I resisted complaint through help section provided in uber application more than once, but not received any reply or refund. I also faced mental harassment due to these cancellation my whole family was on the road in these two odd timing. I expect a strong action against this complaint. Because it may cause a serious problem to any other customer. Please take a preventive action. Thanks you Was this information helpful? | |||||
