Uber India — cab not arrived in time

To day i have booked uber cab mr. T. Krishnamurthy was the allotted driver. As my brother and his wife has to catch train from egmore i booked the single cab
Driver confirmed that in 3 minutes he will come. Cab did not turn up till 3.12 pm and no response even if i call in the phone.. Hence i sent them by auto.

Syndicate residency, 36 dr, thomas road t. Nagar next to shivaji ganeshan's house.
Destination: egmore railway station.
