Uber India — cancellation fee dispute | |||||
Hello, i have had good experiences with uber except for 2 occasions. My last trip was booked with a driver named deepak (Maruti suzuki swift dzire) on 22/09/18, nagpur. After the driver reached the location he started going off rudely on us asking if we can speak properly or not and whether we are from that city. Didnt even let us enter. Then he just left saying he was cancelling. Now i had to pay the cancellation fee to book another urgent cab today. How is this fair to me? I really need someone to look into the matter and refund. I don't want to give even a rupee to an undeserving and rude person. Was this information helpful? | |||||
